It was nice and quiet. We would've liked to have went swimming but too many people at 9:30pm when the pool closes at 10.

We're smokers so we went outside several times and several times we come back to our room and all we could smell was pot in the hallway.

Breakfast had good options. Lots of yogurt and oranges

Sausage and eggs were a little too salty but otherwise good flavor. Coffee could be stronger. It might be good to have a gluten free bread or bagel.

Staff is friendly. Facility is older but clean. Breakfast options were decent and tasty.

We have stayed here several times before and unfortunately they still haven’t gotten their hot tub fixed

Breakfast was very good. We like the location and have been there before.

Not a big problem, but the sink seemed low and the toilet paper almost out of reach.

The price, maybe the cheapest hotel in west bend. Great cable .the shower is nice plenty of towels. A mini fridge and a microwave too.

The hot breakfast is not so hot .the candies vendors machine didn't hav5 much to offer. It a bit far from the center of town.

Breakfast was great. Price good. Bathroom was handicap equipped.

Some damages to the walls. Guy moving. Lawn outside window before 8 AM.

Very friendly staff! Our room was clean and beds were comfortable. We love coming here.

Our shower made a loud whining noise while on. And our toilet handle would stick when flushed causing the toilet to run constantly if we didn’t get up to fix it.

Quiet, clean, safe, comfy bedding.

Double charged for room by Booking and front desk at location, despite providing booking confirmation number upon arrival. Issue is not resolved at this time.

Breakfast not so good but adequate quantity of choices. Room met my needs, had a nice recliner. Nothing glamorous but I was traveling for a class and good value.

Coffee was pretty low quality.

The eggs were cold but tasted good the rest was good

Lighting in bathroom was dim n sink was very low
