Beautiful location. Appreciated being on waterfront and the beautiful access to walking through the park. Parking was easy. Loved the walking access to downtown restaurants and businesses.

One minor complaint is shown above re: shower curtain. Re: staff, the morning crew was not the most friendly, a bit impatient. The afternoon staff when we checked in on 8/1 was great!

The location is amazing. It is right near Lake Michigan and walking distance to some great restaurants. The hotel is comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. I didn't use the pool but it looked really nice.

Like many hotels, it was a little loud - you could clearly hear people's conversations in the hallway. But it didn't impede my sleep in any way.

The room was a recently renovated suite with a large picture window and view of the harbor and marina. It was clean, comfortable, and ideally located. The staff was friendly, and breakfast at The Beacon (hotel restaurant) was delicious and reasonably priced. Will stay again.

Complimentary coffee would have been good. Was surprised to have to go to the bar to get coffee, but even more surprised that we had to pay for a refill.

Love that they have a restaurant and bar within. pretty view from room and great location.

Our room temp. Something was wrong with the air conditioner but the staff brought us a fan, called maintenance in and would adjust our rates. It ended up working and we were very comfortable.

After a switch we ended up in a room with harbor view and it was lovely. The receptionist S. was very accommodating when we had a room that smelled of cold and old smoke and upgraded us. Very comfortable beds!

The rooms with street or parking lot view are dire.The restaurant looked very sterile but was closed anyhow for Memorial Day.

We never had an opportunity to have breakfast because the service was so poor. We were seated, were told our coffee and juice would be served to us immediately, and then we waited for approximately 15 minutes with no success! At that point, we decided to leave and go elsewhere.

We really liked the location. You can walk to so many places, shops, stores, restaurants, pubs. The view of the marina was just picturesque. The interior was nautical themed. We stayed here in May 2019 and the renovation was just starting. Major difference now. Very nice facility.

Waterfront location and shops and restaurants walking distance away. Convenient, great food & friendly staff. Updated facility and heavenly soft bed. Slept like a rock.

The location and facilities are fantastic unfortunately Covid is making it difficult for hospitality businesses. Rooms are big and well presented, beds are comfortable, staff is helpful and the restaurant/bar is a nice breath of fresh air. I would definitely return to this location if I’m in the area again and can only recommend this to preheats.

As I was a long staying guest almost 3 weeks I would have expected room getting cleaned at least vacuum cleaned once a week. I totally understand safety measures have to be in place but at the same time rooms do need to be maintained/cleaned.
