It was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Booking.com asked for payment /credit card when we booked. Then deducted from our bank account. Then when we arrived at the property I had to pay again because booking out the dollar amount back into the bank account without our knowledge at those of check in causing us to feel stupid at the front desk and the manager at the hotel had to call booking.com and speak to 2 different people and we still had to re-pay for our room. It was embarrassing. I’ve never had to do this before. I’ve always paid through booking and owed nothing at time of check in.

The breakfast was a help-yourself to many breakfast items. Very nice to fix your own breakfast. Many options available to choose from.

Wrong address. The address is not the address specified on booking.com. The correct address is 1601 Gateway Drive in Grafton. Kind of off the beaten path and had to stop 2 times to ask where the hotel was located. Problem when you have the wrong address in your navigation system and have not been in the area before.

Great location, very clean and beds are comfortable. We loved the pool staying open til Midnight. That is nice for when you return to hotel later in the evening.

There isn't anything I didn't like. I wasn't a fan of the scrambled eggs( watery) and the cheesy omelet tastes like fake cheese. And one day they ran out of cream cheese for the bagels. None of these would deter me from staying again though.

Breakfast was surprisingly good and appreciated the heart healthy options.

For some reason the guests upstairs were very noisy/active most of the entire time we were at the hotel.

NO TAXI SERVICE FROM YOUR COMPANY BOOKING,COM.I Booked and paid for a taxi round trip through booking.com airport pickup and drop off. WE came on Delta air arriving at 5 PM and requested drop off at Hampton INN Mequon TuES Aug24. We also requested a 9 am pickup at Hampton Inn Mequon to Milwaukee Mitchell airport for Delta flight Aug 27, NO ONE EVER CAME, I pre paid around $365 on a credit card for round trip service. I would like a follow up on this transaction and be re embursed for the amount paid!

It was a nice room, fit for 4 people. The space was great.

NA. Everything was well. Though for breakfast, there wasn't enough space, therefore my family and I had to grabbed breakfast and eat it in our room.

Finding the location was easy. Check in was quick. Our room was spacious and clean. The bathroom with huge. Made it so much easier to get ready for the day.

Jennifer was AMAZING!!!!!!!! She was the reason our stay was so much better.

Some of the staff were a little rude about house keeping services when requested and then house keeping did not change linens as requested, but put the soiled sheets back on.
