Amazing facilities and we really enjoyed all the different pools around the resort. Being able to use the JA beach resort as well was a bonus! There was an extensive array of activities which we didn't manage to cover becuase we only stayed for 2days, would definitely come again and stay longer to ensure we can do more here! Breakfast was delicious with loads on offer and it was also catered well towards kids, with a kids club over at the Beach Resort area. We also loved the beach facility and the kids splash pad/mini Water park is a must visit. A must stay for families.

With us visiting over the public holiday period it was MEGA busy. Something we weren't expecting on that scale. We often had to go to reception ourselves to ask for water top up and to order room service food becuase the phone lines weren't being answered. I'm assuming the staff were overwhelmingly busy. The buggy carts that took us from Beach Resort back to Lake View was also not equipt for the busy period. So we decided to walk back through the resort, there was a lovely breeze so the heat didn't bother us thankfully! We got to enjoy the views at least! With all the stunning greenery it was a delight.

The hotel is spacious and comfortable, with a warm, inviting atmosphere complemented by a charming Middle Eastern soundtrack that plays throughout most of the day. The expansive dining area is particularly impressive, and during breakfast, they even have small birdcages placed indoors, adding a unique touch to the ambiance. The staff are exceptionally attentive, always ready to assist with a smile. During our stay, we encountered a minor issue in our room: a faint sewage odor from the pipes during peak shower times. However, when we raised the concern, the team promptly relocated us to a new room without hesitation—a gesture we greatly appreciated. We suspect this hiccup may be due to the hotel’s ongoing expansion work, which is still underway. Overall, the experience was excellent. The staff truly stand out for their friendliness and professionalism, and the premises are consistently clean and well-maintained. A highly comfortable and welcoming stay!

One of the best hotels we've been so far. Adequately priced with good amenities. Large and clean rooms. Frequent buggies to the beach, kids club and splash zone. Friendly and helpful personnel. Good breakfast with decent in-room food service options. Complimentary mall transfers are a good addition for extra evening entertainment.

Pools close at 6 and generally there is not a lot happening in the evenings. There are paid kids activities but the description didn't look tempting for us to try. Instead we were taking buses to ibn batuta mall and used their kids amenities.

I love this resort so much, good for families, golf car take you to the beach or any where else and there is a big swimming pool, really nice, I recommend it for families.

I was genuinely touched by the love and attention to detail. You went above and beyond to create unforgettable memories for me. The rooms were beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast and overall service were absolutely outstanding. You can really feel the passion and care in everything the staff does. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to relax, celebrate, or simply enjoy life. The splash park was awesome. we enjoyed a lot. The bedroom was too comfy.

The only thing we didn't like is that we were not able to order food from outside.

It’s brand new. Nice amenities and good facilities. Gym is outstanding. Restaurants are very good especially white orchid and sette. The staff are friendly and helpful. There’s lots for children to do.

There is no proper queuing system for the golf buggy shuttle service. This means that other customers are often very rude and push in front. The staff are completely passive to this and do not support or prevent this. I recognise it was a time of high occupancy but this was tiresome and quite trying. It should also be explained that you need to make a reservation for any a la carte restaurants when you check in. This was not explained and led to us almost not being able to dine where we wanted. That said however, the host in white orchid did accommodate us and we enjoyed a lovely meal.

Great breakfast, nice room. Very professional staff. A lot of pools (including a 2-meter deep one, which is rare in UAE). The territory is large, you need to take a shuttle to get to the sea and main activities. The shuttles run frequently, but be prepared for 5-10 min journey.

Overpriced food in the restaurants. This is especially annoying, because there's no alternative around. There's undeveloped desert around, and for any other food spots, you have to take a 15-min drive. And the signage in the room says, 'outside food and beverages are not permitted'. As an example, a glass of juice by the pool would cost you about 30 dirham (and this NOT a fresh squeezed juice; they simply pour it from a packet). At the territory, there's a lot of snack points. However, guests wait for long time even for soda - not because the bartenders are slow, but there's shortage of bar staff.

I absolutely loved my stay at JA Hotel and Resort! The ambiance is incredibly relaxing, and if you're looking for a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, this is the perfect place to unwind. The surroundings are lush and green, making it a family-friendly haven filled with nature and tranquility. There’s no shortage of things to do here! From golf, padel, table tennis, and tennis to running, yoga, and a wide range of water sports, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. We stayed in two spacious rooms, comfortably accommodating three guests in each. It was perfect! The breakfast was truly superb. Whether you're in the mood for a hearty Western meal, fresh fruits and veggies, or flavorful Indian and Arabic cuisine, you’ll be spoiled for choice. Highly recommended for anyone looking to recharge and have a great time with family or friends!

The only downside during our stay was the check-in process. I must say, this was one of the longest queues I’ve experienced so far. We arrived at 2:48 PM but were only able to complete our check-in around 3:25 PM. But I understand the situation, as it was a holiday at the time and the resort was understandably busy. Still, I hope the process can be made a bit smoother for future peak times.
