Breakfast and dinner room service, separate bathroom and shower room, design of the hotel, beach club transfer, metro station nearby. Swimming pool and sun bathing terrace are ok, towels are provided (though some of them were torn along the edges, come on guys, if you are 5*, you should work for it). The staff (except house keeping) was helpful and greeting.

Cleaning was poor! Carpet in the room wasnt vacuumed even once throughtout the week of our stay, which is ridiculous, and the carpet in the hallway too (I noticed the same small pieces of rubbish at the same spots day after day)! Wardrobe was dusty and covered by spots, bed tables just barely dusted. The hotel is rather far from any places of interest, at least 30 minutes by taxi to Burj Khalifa, for example. Only the metro station and a mall are in walking distance. And the most disappointing direct sea view in my life :))) - the sea is separated from the hotel by a highway and a huge power station (thats what happens when you start selecting a hotel looking at the map). Yes ther is a direct sea view (of a sort )))))

Oaks Ibn Battuta is located conveniently next to the IBN Battuta mall and only a step away from the Battuta metro. Very easy access to the Dubai Marina and all the attractions that Dubai can offer. We loved every minute at Oaks. Very peaceful place with great staff. I would like to thank Punit the room keeper, Mizan,Mark and Ismael the consierge desk for always being there for us at any time. The Riva beach access was also a great addition with free complimentary bus to take us and bring us back from the beach. I highly recommend Oaks IBN Battuta for your next holiday in Dubai.

The staff were excellent, courteous and friendly.. The customer service was second to none from the room cleaning team to the restaurant staff and bar staff and in particular to Sanjeev and his team in the pool area. I was a solo traveller and Sanjeev made sure to check in with me daily to check if I required anything. It was a fantastic holiday.

I found it hard to figure out what was going on in the hotel over Christmas it didn't seem to be advertised very much or info wasn't left in my room. But once I asked from the great staff i realised there were a lot of things going on over Christmas in the hotel.

Everything is absolutely amazing. The location is a bit far from the downtown and city center, but actually it was exactly what we been looking for. However there is a huge mall nearby, metro station in proximity, and only 40 min drive from the airport. We really enjoyed the overall atmosphere in the hotel: calm, peaceful, cosy and friendly. Room is spacious and very well equipped, you literally have everything what you need for your stay. Staff at the restaurant and reception beyond any expectations, very helpful and extremely professional. We had an evening flight, so I asked about the late check out and it was provided. Absolutely brilliant service. If we would travel back to Dubai again, we would definitely consider to stay here again.

Beautiful hotel, the photos do not do it justice. Large spacious rooms. There is a lovely scent on entrance and on all of the floors. Riva beach club is very nice and chilled atmosphere. Free shuttle bus is good as the hotel is situated outside of the centre. Ibn Battuta mall is literally across the road with lots of shops and food outlets. Also about 5mins walk to the metro station. Super breakfast buffet with large choice available. Gluten free options which was great: bread option at breakfast is made on site and delicious. Also a pasta option on the Revo menu which is also very good. Staff were very polite and helpful. Issue with room service but Mr Sampath dealt with it promptly, he was so helpful and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The location

We came at 02:20 pm , went to reception & inform by staff that there is no available deluxe room (which we booked) and we will be upgrade for family room but need to wait for 1 hour, which we agreed. We came back at 03:20 pm and as per staff the room is still not ready and need another 20 mins. Then at 03:40 pm i came back where a lady (looks like supervisor) informing that the room will be ready for 20 mins and informing she is responsible now (which i don’t understand what she means by that) . At end after a male staff has intervened we are given a family suite (thankful) but honestly it should not be like that, as we dont need space (as we are only 2) we need as we are tired , is to have a nap & relax.

I like mostly how fancy the place, you can find everything you want here. Breakfast buffet which is including many food items , (nice coffee & cozy), the customer service (workers always smiling & helping me), gift shop inside the hotel, pool, salon, spa, and clean room, stylish bathrooms design with a view to your room from the bathtub which is the best part i like about my room. Quit place, they have events in the night bar club. They have ibn battuta mall near 4 minutes walk & also the bus station nearby. The team is Ready to help you at any time. Will stay here again 🤍

There nothing that I don’t like honestly.

The breakfast was good, delicious and for everyone with fresh fruits, juice etc. The staff are helpfull, did their very best to satisfy every single guests. Thank you very much to the staff and to every single one of you (To my kabayans too)

For breakfast: it would be appropriate to ask guests first, before removing plates, glasses, etc. at the restaurant I was wondering that you guys just take things without asking? I then have to spend more time looking for a new knife, fork, glass, cup, plate etc. Also think about at our environment
