Breakfast was really good. The kids and I enjoyed it. My babies have told me that this is their hotel of choice when we're in Barbados.

Seaweed on the beach and that is beyond your control.

Location was amazing. Beach was gorgeous. Marine park only a few steps away. lots to do in immediate area.

The whole property is dated but the staff dies an amazing job in upkeep.

it’s probably more a 3.5 star but I was pleasantly surprised as from other reviews expected worse, it’d definitely worth paying a bit more for the front full sea view

The hotel was clean and the staff was so friendly. Everyday they cleaned the room and left us bottled water. They gave us great suggestions on places to go and things to do. They even set a personalized birthday card , a bottle of champagne and some cake and fruit to the room for me. They best stay i ever had. Thanks to Akelah the concierge and the front desk staff Regina and Giselle. Yall are gems

The breakfast was a little limited but they stated duiring low periods they dont really offer the buffet. Which is understandable as they dont have an influx of guests

Welcome desk staff and male bar tender's/servers were excellent.

Female waitresses in the restraunt that we used twice were rude, not friendly, left us waiting for over 45 minutes while they served non-caucasion people first. Our meals arrived 20 minutes apart. The next day we ate at the nearby Hilton and were treated as guests. By the way the male bartenders and cook were run off their feet while the female waitresses walked around slowly taking their time, avoided eye contact and were dismissive. We feel sorry the the male staff having work in this restaurant environment. The cook could also use some help as he served professional food but could not handle the crown alone.

We booked this due to being able to have dinner at the end of the pier. However it's falling down and closed. You can sit on the run up to the pier and dine. But this wasnt the view of the whole ocean we were dreaming of.

Location is perfect for snorkeling to see turtles and shipwreck as it's in Carlisle Bay, we love sea animals and snorkel a lot, also so easy to get into Bridgetown center, we used mostly bus and final 3 days we rented a car to discover the rest of island. Staff are really friendly special thanks to Regina who helps us to hire a car, we enjoyed it a lot thank you very much! Bless you! I gave 9 out of 10 because the facilities are indeed dated, soundproof needs some improvement, whiles everything else works fine. We are not "stay in hotel" people so won't really bother us too much. Our room has a balcony facing the pool side, every morning we enjoyed the horse bathing which is so beautiful. Beach is just in front of the hotel and staff helps to set up the sun chairs and umbrella, great for sunbathing. And it is really near a fish burger place called Cuzz's fish stand, highly recommended. We love this place, hopefully will come back and see you again!

Next door was playing noise music when we tried to sleep so had to put on earplugs, soundproof and facilities can do some improvement

the property has the best beach, and the people working there were amazing! The breakfast was also really really good, and so were the rum punches.
