We stayed at the hotel for one night. We were without a car, so to reach the hotel was a little bit difficult - by tram from the center of Strassbourg, and after - 20-25 minutes walk. The hotel and the room met our expectations. Comfortable beds. Very clean and new bath room. Central conditioner was walking fine (it was +26 outside). Wifi Internet is perfect. Nice hotel yard to sit and relax with the beer after the long day. Brekfast is simple, but tasty and it is all you need when travelling. I would stay here once again when I am in Strassbourg.

Everything you'd expect from HI. Nice bar area and outside seating. I think there was tea and coffee in the room. comfy bed and toiletries etc in the bathroom. Good breakfast. Found a massive oriental buffet restaurant nearby - very popular place. Food was decent but not exception but there was lots of choice.

my friend was bothered by kids running up and down the external staircase (fire escape) - there seemed to be a problem generally with unsupervised children. Not the hotel's 'fault' but FYI bikers - it was quite a ride (in heat) round Strasbourg ring road - felt like you were going through town and very busy

room was very clean. The staffs who was working there was very kind and helpful. There was construction in the floor, but with apologies they proposed free drinks and snacks. Close to main road.

Location near the highway, very convenient. Strasbourg center 10minutes away. Pool is clean and large enough. Breakfast had all u need, croissant, yoghurt, cold cuts, cheese, fresh fruit etc… if u stay a few days and don’t need cleaning of ur room, hotel offers a voucher for free drinks. Nice gesture as cleaning every day is not necessary. Staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly. Thank you for the warm welcome and the free drinks. Rene and Noi

Everything was fine and comfortable. The location is a bit too far from Strasbourg center , but the stuff were welcoming and very helpful with warm attention for your needs, happy to help with useful advice specially for tourists who don’t speak French. Perfect experience

Very nice and helpful staff at the reception, nice big rooms, well equipped. The surroundings of the hotel clean and nice, free parking and no problems right next to the hotel. Breakfast rich and tasty selection. The possibility of swimming in the outdoor pool, which we unfortunately did not use due to the weather. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

We were sorry that a fire alarm woke us up in the morning, but the staff informed the guests quite quickly that everything was fine.

I liked everything, a decent stay for decent price. Receptionist was friendly, breakfast good, room was quiet. I do not need much more. Parking was provided.

The lobby area was freezing and could have used some space heaters. Eating breakfast in the lobby required a winter jacket.

It was warm, welcoming, and had everything a traveler needs. the shower was lovely. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and helpful.
