I had a chance to stay in this hotel many days & enjoy a kind attitude from staff of that Hotel. Everything is nice, clean & new there: furniture, bed’s stuff (soft mattress and pillows), washroom’s stuff (the towels new, soft and smell fresh). There is a nice bar with friendly bar tenders, kind attitude, fast service and yummy drinks🍹! They have a big menu includes Indian and European food. Chefs can cook for you even Mediterranean yummy food, as well! 🥗 There is a convenient location. So close to Kovalam beach where you can enjoy brizz and beautiful view of the sea. I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ibis hotel, and I must say that the hospitality provided by our host Debo was exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and promptly assisted with the check-in process, which was hassle-free and efficient. The rooms at the Ibis were comfortable and well-maintained. They provided all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. The bed was cozy, and the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. We appreciated the attention to detail in ensuring our convenience throughout our stay. We were greeted with a plate of Traditional sweet by our host. One of the aspects that stood out during our time at the hotel was the minimal inconvenience we experienced. The host was responsive to any requests or concerns we had, ready to address them and ensure a smooth stay. Additionally, the location of the Ibis hotel was convenient and cost efficiencitn .It was situated in a prime area with easy access to various attractions and restaurants. This made exploring the city a breeze, further enhancing our overall experience. Overall, I had a pleasant stay at the Ibis hotel. The exceptional hospitality from the front desk staffs and our host , hassle-free check-in experience, comfortable rooms, and minimal inconvenience made it a memorable accommodation choice. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking quality service and a comfortable stay.

Our room had a charger point that was kind of loose , and to ensure proper functionality, we had to insert the charger plug properly and at any slight movement, the charger gets loose

The location was appropriate because we wanted to be at the Old Mahabalipuram Road. The hotel is bright and cheery. The restaurant had large glass windows and served as a nice place for us to meet for discussions. The room was typical Ibis and was well maintained. We only had snacks at the restaurant and they were good. The front office obliged us with a generous late check out.

The staff at the restaurant and bar are young and presumably well intentioned, but clearly lacking training in customer service. Service and attention was poor.

Compact yet efficient. They managed the space well. But rooms are a bit small though for a 3 star but the way they incorporated all the facilities is simply brilliant.

I would expect a free entrance to the swimming pool but it is shared by Novotel and available on paid basis (don't know exactly but somewhere around 850 per person kind of thing)

Excellent breakfast! Food was served hot and tasty. The spread is reasonable but everything was a gastronomic feast. Kudos to the waiting staff for their bright smiles and the chefs for their attentive service.

Bath towels could be newer, they are rather dated.

The property is central located. Business type hotel.

The bath room is a modular fiber glass unit. Shower water flows out to the toilet snd wash basin and it gets real wet, very slippery and a hazard for accidents.

The location was prime! Right next to a large mall with all the amenities. Great for solo travellers. The staff was really friendly, kind and helpful. Chef Kalyan made great food and was always attentive to ensuring the food was good. When my internet was not working the IT team fixed it quite fast.

The bathroom was rather outdated. But it had all the amenities.

Lovely Staff. I am particularly greatful to Sudan Madhu who organised an early check-in for me.

Bearing mind this is s lower-cost alternative to it's sister Novotel nextdoor and the actual rate I paid....I really couldn't find much in the way of issues. Of course I cannot possibly expect £500 worth of Service but pay £50😂.

Bed was comfortable and kettle was not good

Left car for valet parking, when I came next day, the seat cover were loosened since the driver parked at different lot and shifted to left side seat then came out due to space constraints. Had to fix the seat covers now. Take care of that, don't handle roughly.
