I dont like the fact that im still waiting for my security deposit to be returned to my CC after a month

I loved the room, a big bed and 2 couches. The parking was free, we were late for check in but the staff didnt mind. The room was superrrr clean and honestly really comfy. I overall really loved my visit.

The room for the breakfast was super full so there wasn't space for me to actually eat but thats not really something the hotel can control.

For the price, the accommodations and breakfast were awesome. The hotel was 30 minutes from the tournament but that worked out OK. Shorter distance for my travel from Ottawa the night before. Doing the trip to and from Pickering to get to the tournament was fine. Not that big a difference from others who booked closer. Not like there was time between games to go back to any hotel, no matter how close.

Slight smell to the room. Not sure if it was smoke or just old room smell. Sheets for the pull-out couch were not in the room. Had to go to front desk to get some. They didn't include a blanket or comforter.

The breakfast had a lot of choices and was better than expected. Location is perfect, not far from highway and Pickering mall

Although there were many empty rooms on our hall we were put beside a family with young children who sceamed and cried until almost 11 pm. Thankfully they were quiet all night after 11 pm.

The room had a bit of a smell and rugs old Breakfast ran out quickly and was a little crowed

Good breakfast options, although stopped serving a little earlier than we would have liked to take full advantage of most mornings. Decent parking, even when crowded. Pull-out couch was a plus for a teenager traveling with us.

No elevator to 2nd floor for heavy bags

Very good breakfast. Location easy to find off busy road, but little of significance around area unless driving

A little questionable about people hanging around in the parking lot. May have just been staff between shifts? No elevator for folks who have trouble walking stairs

The staff were very professional and helpful. The main catch for me was the room prices. They were affordable compared to many that I checked. The hotel was affordable while also maintaining a very good standard 👏

Tonya at front counter was absolutely angel to deal with. She helped my family get shelter due to power outage. Hotel offered family including my pet to stay amazing. Clean and quiet. My husband left his gold chain there in room. When he realized it we check out hours prior. We called and and they located his gold chain and we got it back.

I didn't like that breakfast closed early no sooner got dress and ready was told it stopped at 9am we got there at 8:55 and was already closed. So we had to buy breakfast.

Hotel was in good condition and very clean. Staff were helpful.

Why are there NOT bedside tables on both sides of the bed? With a reading lamp on it as well. Many people wear spectacles and need a place to lay them down at night. The bed could easily have been moved over a few inches to accommodate a bedside table on the wall side. Are Comfort Inns ready to provide recharging for electric only vehicles?
