Quiet area, close access to the restaurants and highways.

They should have breakfast included especially with the price of the rooms

The room was well maintained - some trouble with the TV - kept on "jumping" and what was advertised for a certain time on the screen was a different program.

The grounds were not well maintained in the parking lot - leaves needed raking. garbage to be picked up and when we first arrived the clock garden out front badly needed weeding. However, the next day the gardener was working on that. The flower bed near the front door also needed weeding and triming of dead branches on the shrubs. Not a pretty sight especially right out the front door along where the sidewalk is to greet the guests. Doesn't give a nice impression for the price we are paying. The grounds before were very well maintained.

The breakfast was excellent every morning and the food available around outside the hotel was very convenient ranging from a wide variety of different cuisines👍😎,

Just a couple of nigs and nags where the hotel looks a little tired and requires a bit of a refresh or refurbishment, the gym and pool area definitely do other than this super fab and the hotel is super clean and always smelling nice and fresh each day 👍😎

Room was adequate size for 3 of us, comfortable, had a balcony, pool was nice and staff by the pool were very friendly and helpful, location was great, across the road from coffee shops, Tim Hortons, a great bar (The Fox n Fiddle) with great food and drinks and friendly staff. Not too far from downtown or airport so great central location to get around. Bud stop right outside or Uber.

The door to balcony was very heavy, assume the bearings have gone as you had to struggle a bit to open it, there were some cigarette butts either that we’re thrown from above balconies or we’re there from previous guests not sure? I didn’t go out there much only for air so it didn’t affect our stay, rooms a bit dark

The location was central to all we needed to access. The customer service was great and staffs were all very friendly. The room was big and tv had a lot of option, it was also a smart tv which made accessing things like YouTube and Netflix easy. The environment is very clean and the reception area smells really nice. We will definitely be staying there again as it was a nice ambience .

The Air con in the room was noisy and only the fan works. No breakfast included and having breakfast in the restaurant cost 28CAD which is on the high side considering the hotel is expensive.

Everything! Beautiful grounds and facility, we took advantage of the nail salon in the lobby. Very easy access to public transportation, shopping and restaurant options per aplenty and tons within walking distance. Starbucks and Tim Hortons also in walking distance. Bed was comfortable, housekeeping visited regularly and shower was hot. Our city view was awesome, I imagine the garden views were beautiful on the other side! What a gem for the price!

If I had to complain about anything, the droan of the constant elevator took a little getting used to. It was in no way something that would prevent me from booking again, but it was noticeable in our room.

Arrived at night. No signage lit up to indicate entrance and very poor lighting in the parking area. There is a very small step up between the driveway and the main entrance that is difficult to see at night and I tripped and fell coming in. They should paint it yellow or red to indicate the difference between driveway and walkway. This is a safety issue and very dangerous. There was a fire alarm in the morning (no fault of the hotel). when I walked down 17 flights of stairs and I got to the last flight which takes you outside, again no lights. This is also a safety issue.

A fair four-star hotel. The rooms cleaned daily. Decently maintained and really spacious for the rate paid. Located by the park (or garden - our room was on a lower floor so we couldn't see much outside). Few restaurants across the road with breakfast and dining options, several more 5 minutes by foot down the road.

The mattress was too soft as for me, although I loved the pillows. I think no breakfast option was available during the booking, otherwise I'd have picked that one. On the other hand, reviews say the breakfast is not worth the price and there is a branch of a popular eggies restaurant just in front of the hotel. Our bath had such a wall that water was leaking down resulting in a local flooding after each shower. It'd be nice to waive parking fees for hotel guests. We stayed six nights and 18 bucks daily have added up significantly to the cost of stay.
