The hotel staff was amazing and super helpful. The location was easy enough to get to. The bed and room were very comfortable.

The parking was kind of strange. The ramps to get down were very tight and difficult to navigate without damaging the car. My first room was near the pool and loud events were running at the pool until after midnight making it hard to sleep. They changed my room to a quiet space and that made the remainder of my stay wonderful. Breakfast was a delicious buffet, but not much variety from day to day, so despite the quality of the food it got a bit boring after 3 or 4 days.

The staff Houssem, Akhil, Job and Princy was amazing. The smiles are enough. The hotel location, arrangements and cleanse are good. The room's spice and furniture is very good. The pool is amazing, it might not be as large and fancy but the water temperature is very nice which is not the usual case in most of the hotels.

The building is short, 4 stories high. The pool view is nice but the window is not room wide. The parking space is tight. The number of ppl in the rooms is limited as some rooms accommodate more persons but the hotel policy is not allowed. This applies to all doubletree hotels. However Mr. Hossem might be very cooperative.

1 - It's clean. It's a basic requirement, but so far, so good. 2 - The location is great. Near a metro and ubers are easily available. The latter is more convenient and not expensive. 10QAR-14QAR for a 10 min journey. Plus, walking distance between two malls. 3 - Guests can use a heated swimming pool at no extra costs

1 - Although I've not tried it yet, the SPA doesn't look great, but neither does it appear to be expensive. Starts at 350QAR 2 - Value for money - it would have been great if the breakfast was included in the price. Paid approx 3500 for 5 nights. 3 - Small room but adequate.

Breakfast was very good, we've ate the same bread on our second day, however the taste is not the same may be because the bread is not properly bake and we immediately inform the staff about it, she taste it and agreed. Immediately the staff inform the Chief however the Chief was so defensive instead.

What i don't like is the action of the Chief, he should be thankful, apologetic and taking the comments positively rather than being defensive. My comment was not to harm him but for his improvement.

Great value for money. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. Airconditioning worked great, considering how hot it was outside. They have an outdoor pool (that is shaded from the sun), and we visited at the end of August when the outdoor temperature hit 40 degrees. So it was humid in the pool deck but the pool itself was comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful, especially the front desk.

Water kept spilling outside of the shower enclosure (maybe the seal is faulty), so the floor kept getting puddles. The bathtub had some sticky residue at the bottom, so it was a little bit uncomfortable. Otherwise, no complaints with the hotel and would definitely recommend to others.

The hotel is sparkling clean and the 2 cleaners, Daniel and Sanjee (forgetting his name) were very good, friendly and did a perfect job. Hazel the receptionist is a wonderful affable lady. Apart from giving us directions, she gave us train tickets that had credit on them. Generally everyone and everything about this hotel is perfect. Meals very delicious and perfect variety.

Location, Staff, facilities, food and clean and well maintained rooms.

First of all the staff members were really polite and humble, cleanliness was upto the mark. Pool size was adequate for swimming and very clean too. Overall had a great stay at your hotel.

The room should have some white lights too as room was not that bright. A few essentials were missing in the room for example tissue box, bathrobe, prayer mat, toothpaste, but it was later provided upon asking. Lastly the website should inform that the dinner would be buffet or they will provide set menu.

Of course, I will re- experiment with them and it's not the first time I'm with them, but it's the first time I deal with the employee to resign, he is Akhil beautiful in dealing in a beautiful and comfortable way and always look in all circumstances. The location is near to mall and restaurants, transportation is accessible by taxi or metro. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, Ms. Aya the lady at the reception is very helpful and pretty.. Good Job guys!!!

Most of the hotels is having cable networks which is good, but maybe its time to consider having movie platform like netflix, Disney, TOD, HBO etc.. It will improve the experience.
