All the facilities and services of the hotel are available, as advertised on booking.com. (It is an excellent medium-size 4 star hotel with all facilities needed for work-related travel). Hotel is located on a street with lot of services (convenient stores, shops, restaurants, pharmacy, etc), all in walking distance range. Shaded car parking available.

The swimming pool timings are 10 AM - 10 PM. There is no life guard (as per the signboard, which is fine, as it is a medium-small sized nice pool), so it could have been open for a longer duration (e.g. 6 AM - midnight). WiFi was occasionally a bit slower, but got the job done.

breakfast is way below average - including the service. many of the bowls were empty and waiting refill. the live Kitchen for omelet needs better ventilation, else you can smell the smoke for next couple of hours from your clothing.

The support they provided from the hotel was an excellent level. The behaviour of the staff is awesome for business employees and staying with family. They are all well-trained and motivated to be active and positive. The food is also one of the best here; I hope anyone who stays at this hotel will definitely benefit from their fare and go happily. In particular, the sales and front sitting staff even take care of every call, and it makes the customer's happy, and I was satisfied with this hotel as my family and kids enjoyed breakfast. The WiFi connection also working well for a long time. Thank you so much for my five nights made this hotel worth of paid.

The refrigerator is shall be managed, not only here, I saw many of the places, it's just kept for the name but not working at a level that to be taken care by the hotel, as well as the traveller shall plan based on managing normal facilities in this particular issue. But in this case, the hotel was supported and replaced by a new one. Still, it needs to bring in practice, within a preventative maintenance system and verified periodically in all room.

Staffs are very polite and supportive. They respect the customers and trying to give a maximum level of best service. Good front sitting and sales personnel available to take immediate actions in needs. Very clean and suitable place for business. Good Cantinental BF provided. Near shops are available to buy anything if required. Also, good location for morning walk. I’m feeling very grateful about this trip. Thank you dears, from all BW,Megabullah, Kuwait.

I didnt have breakfast, it was just nice top get away for a little bit. the staff was amazing and the room was very clean! will be coming back again!

Overall facilities and good and polite staff.

I had requested for a Single King / Queen size bed but the room was with twin bed joined to look like a single bed which was a bit uncomfortable.

Large room. Work desk. Large bed. Clean bathroom. Good location. Good view.

Lighting of the room is a bit dull. Outside window panes were dirty.

Breakfast was varied, arabic/continental plus an omelette made to your choice. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
