The hotel itself enjoys a wonderful location. Staff are extremely professional and go the extra mile to ensure that everything meets the customer's needs. This is true of the reception staff and room service, as well as the restaurant team. I had to check out early so needed a special breakfast package which was wholesome and delivered to my room promptly at 06.15 as requested. I nearly overslept as the bed was SUPER comfy but they provided the agreed wake up calls. I travel to Kuwait often and after an initial appalling experience at a competitor hotel, will never stay anywhere else. Have recommended to friends and colleagues. Excellent standards all round !

All the staff is extremely good especially Me Firdous at the reception was very attentive to all my special requests!

The rooms lights are very less and we can’t see properly ! Mr Firdous promised that the Hotel management is already aware and will upgrade the rooms in 2023

Everything except wifi in my room is very satisfactory..especially all personel are very helpful , warm and make me very comfortable , special thanks to front desk personel,

wi fi in my room did not worked properly , ı think there was some technical problems but after my complaints , it was quickly solved and was not be a big problem ..thanks to hotel managment for their prompt action to solve it

this is my third time staying in the same hotel. I have visited Kuwait too many times, but I have never had the same experience staying in a hotel like a millennium; it always feels like staying at home. The customer service is amazing and very friendly as they never say no! They help as much as they can with a smile on their face. you call customer service and you hear them knocking on your door in less than 5 minutes! (what is better than that). the breakfast is good but can be better for the type of hotel, the restaurant is okay for its size and the live cooking station is amazing and well-known for its omelet.

only one thing happened during my breakfast, I asked for a banana and the waiter told me that they don't have one, after a few minutes, I asked another waiter and he brought me a banana!

Service & staff are exceptional. Reaching out to me 1 day before checking to see if I need any support, providing transportation service to & from the airport, this was the best customer experience i have ever seen

They were extremely accommodating and allowed me to check in early . I got to hotel super early and I didn’t wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The sevice was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there big thanks for Mr. Firdous for his kind support as he was there in my check in he provided the best support ever, I have stayed at dozen of hotels in (Kuwait). This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable and there for every need of mine.
