Superb service. I had an early arrival and they prepared a room in anticipation. They also helped me with a visa for my follow-on country. It may not be listed as a 5-star hotel, but the service is entirely worthy of that credential. I'm a world traveler and will absolutely stay here again. The room itself is very comfortable with a nice view of the gulf. The hotel is conveniently located in the middle class area of Salmiya and is surrounded by several shopping centers and a full supermarket. Plenty of places to eat and buses run regularly nearby to get around town and the airport.

Great location to explore the city , buses to city center. Very friendly staff who will give you all instruction what you need. Big, nice and clean room!

Location was very good, located next to the Marina Mall and meddle of market, near the sea front and Marina and sea. Room was beg and comfortable. Parking is available all times. Stuff is very helpful and cooperative.

Smell of the entrance and lobby arrangements very poor (Smoking) ,No air refreshers even in the levels. Need to taken care of. More attention on room cleaning including Maintenance of Bathrooms.

I had a great experience at the hotel. The staff were very friendly and did everything they could to make my family and my stay comfortable, and made us feel so welcome in Kuwait. The location is great, just across the road from Marina mall and the beach is walking distance too. Our room had a great view of the ocean and the owner of the hotel made our stay very memorable. Location is very convenient close to Marina Mall and beach and old souq in Salmyia.

1) No food or restaurant in the hotel and no breakfast!!! 2) WiFi is very weak slow signal and when I complained I didn’t get good reply!!!!

The hotel is not really good-looking, the furniture is really old, and guests sounds you can hear from other rooms and corridor, first 2 days we couldn't sleep because our Indian neighbours were fighting all the time

The hotel is very clean and tidy. The owner and staff are very friendly and helpful.always willing to make your stay pleasant and restful. The hotel is in a very strategic location. You are within steps from Marina Mall, which offers many shops and beyond that is the lovely beach with many cafes and restaurants.

The hotel personnel are very helpful. They provided early check in and late check out. Our view was awesome.

There was some lack of equipment such as kettle, some kind of tea, coffee, fruit etc serving. Although view was very good, the windows were quite dirty. And also curtains were a little bit dirty.

super nice staff, big room, wifi worked perfectly the hotel is between the AlSalam Mall and Marina Mall, but the entrance is at the back of the main street, visible/through the big open parking lot. I read the previous reviews and indeed I chose this hotel even if the furniture is not new but it is worthing, easy access to bus stops, fair price, super clean
