Location to Paseo de Montejo is fabulous. Close to loads of restaurants, shops, Walmart etc. And still walkable to Centro. Room is spacious and comfy bed. Great sized bathroom and AC works well (a must in this part of the world)

Staff were definitely hit and miss, Fantastically friendly in the concierge and yet in the Club Lounge - the staff were mixed. One staff member was particularly rude. Not only to us but to others there that same night. We ended up talking to some of the other guest who expressed how disappointed they were also in the lack of service in the Club Lounge.

Huge, modern hotel above a shopping centre? It sounds awful but it really is very good. Great location. Spacious room. Really comfortable bed with lovely linen. Excellent room servicing. Good shower. Nicely furnished if a little old fashioned. Quiet, clean, safe. Pool great - decent size, good temperature, comfortable sunbeds. Would definitely recommend.

Nice building. They keep up the facility and the Christmas arrangements were my wife favorites.

The steam bath and the sauna were not working. Also the water in the jacuzzi was room temperature. They also charged me 4 dlls for every coffee capsule in my room (not nice)!

Big hotel and shopping mall in the best location of America, close to everything. Nice breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

There is a lot of noise in the building. Had my room changed to a higher floor but it didn’t help so much.

The food was delicious and the service was beyond exceptional. Everything was clean and well maintained. My room wasn’t super quiet because of its location, but it didn’t really affect me much. I had a great stay.

I couldn’t get the wi-fi to work, but I also didn’t try hard enough because I was out and about enjoying the city.

Staff was very welcoming and check-in was smooth and easy; we got earlier that expected and they were able to acomodate us. Beds are very comfortable and room was very clean. Location is good. Would stay here again.

Fiesta Club could use some love - lacking snacks and beverages. We spent some time at the pool (which could use some renovations) and wanted to order some food, but there was a single waiter who said would come back, but never did.

We had a wonderful 3 days in Mérida thanks to the great concierge service. Thank you very much Ms Diana.

Not a problem with the hotel, but I was surprised to hear the birds chirping after sunset and early in the morning. From the second day onwards, the chirping of birds began to sound like a lullaby.

I order room service, it was good and plenty. Very comfortable bed, nice view to the city, ac was good and overall good service and kindness from the staff.

Be prepared since the Front desk does not take dollars. You need to exchange outside the hotel and at a certain hour, since the shopping mall IS NOT A SHOOPING MALL. Plaza Americana Shopping Center, terrible service at Chillis i walked out, the stores inside the "mall" have overpriced items.

The location! The buffet and the rooms, this hotel saved us after a bad experience with another hotel! Everything was perfect

It’s outdated and need some maintenance mainly in the bathrooms

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff. I was nice to be upgraded to the special guest floor. The coffee in the morning was appreciated

I would have liked to have had real milk available for morning coffee on the Fiesta Rewards Floor. Perhaps a little more snack selection.
