Rooms are great, beds were very comfortable, bathroom and showers very good. Be aware that parking space is limited and probably half of the time we stayed there were no spots left by the time we got there at night around 9pm.

Didn’t like having to leave a cash deposit when we got there so be aware of that. When checking out be aware that they will go through all linens and check there haven’t been stained. One of our towels was lightly stained with food and it had to be taken to the person that does the laundry for them to verify the stain would be able to come out. Mind you all linens are white so it would be so easy to get stains out as bleach can be easily used.

No Pets Please !!! Booking.com said No Pets and there were Pets and Dogs !!!

The second time I checked in, it was nice. Clean and quiet. There is a refrigerator and microwave, simple utensils, but enough. Just one thing to understand, the hotel only provides the first 2 bottles of mineral water and coffee for free, and then you need to pay for more. There was no daily cleaning service, and I stayed for four days without anyone picking up the garbage.

For guests who stay for a long time, it would be better if the garbage can be cleaned once every 2 days.

Comfortable and good location! Staff was helpful. There’s a 500 peso deposit but they returned it readily once they checked the room. We had an early flight and there was someone at the desk at 3 am which was a relief. Air conditioning was great. Keep in mind there is no elevator, so that may be a problem for some people if they are placed on the 3rd floor like us. Good value for the money.

Situated in an excellent location not far from the old town centre and within walking distance to Paseo de Montejo, Suites Reforma by HomiRent offered a spacious, modern room with a generously large bed, kitchen appliances, two tables (including a desk) and a wall-mounted TV. There was a 24-hour reception desk, with staff who were bilingual.

There is no house keeping - the only service is to have the towels changed on request.

The deposit system was a bit outdated. I had to make the deposit in cash, which I luckily had in local currency, and then I had to wait maybe 5 minutes to check out because the reception staff had to check my room before I could take off

The place was really clean and in a convenient and safe location. I really liked that we could park our car on the property. The room was a little bit older than what is seemed in the pictures but overall really comfortable and clean. I appreciated that there were a fridge, microwave and some cups, plates and cutlery.

Sometimes it was difficult to flush the toilet without water splashing out.

Location, clean, great staff with ease in checkin and check out. We were given room on 4th floor and there were no elevators. We requested a room on lower floor and were given on 2nd floor

Grocery stores 7elwven is a good 8 minutes walk away. Staff requested a cash deposit in Mexican Peso. Credit card not accepted. Since I didn't have cash they kept my id and returned on check out. There was no mention of this while booking..

Awesome budget stay in Mérida that exceeded our expectations. Beds were big and comfy, our room was very clean and the shower was amazing with plenty of pressure and hot water.

While still a walkable distance, it's not super close to the historical center.

Bed and pillows were perfect. Shower was big with good pressure and temperature. Free water bottles and Dulce gusto capsules!
