The location is perfect, loved the ambience the facility was clean and comfortable .

The breakfast options and taste need to be addressed with some urgency. The food is far too bland and lacks the usual Jamaican flavour and taste that we known the world over for. This has been my experience over the last several months which has caused me to use other hotels in the area. I'm usually in Kingston for between 1 - 2 days each month and need to have a good breakfast to start my day. I love the Jamaica Pegasus hotel. I have been staying with you for over 12 years. Please have someone take a serious look at how and who is preparing the breakfast. Thank you.

Comfortable beds. Clean room. Large TV. Great lighting. Great room service. Great mountain views from my room 181. Clean hotel. Comfortable lobby. Delicious 24 hr Cafe. Great gym. Quick reponse from nurse Small who attended to a medical issue. Attentive housekeepers. Great front desk staff n waiters. Great gift shop n business office staff. Near to Emancipation park. Breakfast buffet delicious.

Leaky bathroom door, of dry material inside the door. I told them it can be addressed once I leave. Loose hanging plug to little fridge, reported n it was fixed immediately. Gift shop closing at 5 pm. Pillows small n only 2 per bed. Bell hops can be more friendly.

The restaurant staff, some ladies were rude....the VISA card would not function and when we presented $100.00 note to pay there was no cash in sight to offer change...the waitress had to follow us everywhere we went looking for a rounded dollar $1.00 we were short of .... we had to go to ABM or ATM to withdraw loose money again....the experience was terrible yet they refused to forward the bills to our rooms...which was soo bad yet we had stayed for 4 nights...we left the place wondering where customer service or experience was??? The customer journey was awful....

Having the free wifi was excellent. However, as soon as I checked out, my access to the wifi was canceled even though I was still relaxing in the lobby waiting for my driver to arrive. I didn't get to use the pool because it was mostly closed either because of no lifeguard or for treatment

The Sunday brunch was an exceptional experience. There was a wide range of cuisine which was well presented. The breakfast was equally good with a varied choice of food including Jamaican cuisine. We were seated promptly at the time of opening and the rooms had a good view of the Kingston skyline.

The sliding door to the bathroom would not stay shut. The room was noisy due to music playing outside. Although Kingston is very hot so the air conditioning is appreciated, there was a limit to the variation in temperature.

THIS WAS MY ONLY NOT SO GOOD EXPERIENCE. YOU GUYS NEED TO WORK ON IMPROVING THE QUALITY AND VARIETY OF FOOD OFFERED AT BREAKFAST. PLEASE USE REAL EGGS VERSUS EGG POWDER FOR SCAMBLED EGGS . ENSURE SOMEONE IS CHECKING THE FOOD ON DISPLAY AND REPLENISH TO AVOID GUESTS ON SOME ONE TO CALL THE SERVERS TO REMOVE AND REPLACE WITH FOOD.

Hotel was clean overall, however, the telephones are outdated and i mean from the 1950’s outdated. Front lobby staff are very professional. Restaurant staff was very pleasant. The only concern I had was the mask mandate for breakfast. If people are to wear masks, which is no problem at all, then have masks provided for guests. Please dont tell me to go upstairs and buy a mask after I made reservations to stay at your hotel. Beautiful landscape behind the pool. Overall stay was pleasant.

My inly concern was the mask mandate for breakfast but wasnt needed for dinner.

I like the fact that my family and friends were able to visit and hang out with us, with limited restrictions.

Booking.com coated me plus another adult for a price with my 14 year old as a child. When I got to the facility it was completely different I had to pay an additional 500 that was not in my budget because they said my 14 is an adult. So I was very disappointed that.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with a variety of dishes each morning. The interior and exterior environment were awesome and st the end if my 3 nights stay, I felt refreshed and rejuvenated.

The water in room 171 bathroom was extremely cold. I tried to make adjustments with the mixer but to no avail. I reported it to the front desk, and up to the day we left, no one checked on it.

Breakfast was very good. Special should out to the breakfast dining room staff, especially Jody Ann, who went above and beyond.

My dinner on Tuesday night was a tad disappointing. I ordered curried goat, food was very cold and I seemed to be served all the bones.
