Pools & slides games area was great.

The red tiles and chairs in the main dining room , both out dating mk the space less classy.

The place was clean .

No elevators and all breakfast meats were pork for the entire week I felt like I could not enjoy a good breakfast. The buffet is small in comparison to other resorts but it had food choices to eat . They had no station where you can enjoy real Jamaica food .

My husband is Vegan, Chef Frederick prepared special tasty meals for him. The servers were courteous and friendly special shout out to Delissa. Our house keeper, Nadine was courteous and kind. She made sure that our room was fresh and clean daily. The Concierge made sure we had what we needed. I had an amazing birthday trip. Loved the Street Party which was on my birthday. Great food and entertainment.

The silent party one night where everyone was given headphones to listen to music We would have preferred if the music was playing in the open so everyone could have fun dancing as a group.

We really enjoyed the food, there were a choice of restaurants and they have a selection of world foods, as well as a Jamaican street party night with all Jamaican food, such as jerk chicken and pork, festival and plantain and curried mutton. the staff were very friendly and helpful namely Shamia in the front desk, jodiann, Kimberly in the buffet and rochelle in the moonshine restaurant. We had a nice chat with a friendly female bar staff on Monday 18th at the lagoon bar but can't remember her name unfortunately. There were a few pools, all with bars that you can swim up go and enjoy a drink in the pool. The room was very comfortable with a lovely big bathroom and shower. There were plenty of activities to take part in, such as quizes, water aerobics, watersports such as paddleboarding, kayaking and catamaran sailing. we had a great tour on a glass bottom boat which was also included. There was a jamaican cooking class on one of the days where the chef Leroy cooked some jerk chicken and festival for us which was amazing and we were able to ask him lots of questions. altogether a delightful and relaxing stay and we would definitely stay again.

Was excellent for the money. all we didn't like was that we were only there for 3 nights, could have stayed for another week!

Service for the food and beverage staff was impeccable. Jamaican food was authentic.

The floors in the rooms were very slippery after a hot shower

Our stay was exceptional, we were satisfied and felt we got value for our money. The staff of this resort are so pleasant, with good customer service. There were two persons who made sure we got our proper service whenever we went by the buffet whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, there services stood out always. There pleasant welcoming smiles an the fact that they always made sure we had everything we needed was amazing. Thanks again JOVIAN and WHITNEY, thanks for your services. Thanks to the housekeepers who ensured our rooms were properly cleaned everyday. With all Said it was a comfortable and a relaxing 3 days on our honeymoon. We look forward to come back for another experience in the future,God's will. Ty!
