The hotel is only a few minutes away from Hakata station and has two convenience stores as well as a lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room was nice big and you could adjust the light of your liking. Also the staff was very friendly and you were allowed to take free tea or coffee and amenities with you.

The Lobby is pretty small and you have to pay (200¥) for little packages of body lotion or face wash. The bed was too hard for my taste but since the bed was so spacious I was able to always find a perfect sleeping position nevertheless.

The location was good, next to a busy shopping street and nice, delicious streetfood too! Walking distance from the metro and train station (Hakata). Personnel is really nice, they kept explaining the routes to me to the airport till I got it. :-) Complementary tea.

The bathroom was too tiny and a bit claustrophobic. Besides, there was a sign saying that its door should be closed at all times because of the smoke alarm. (Which is a bit interesting because I could use the kettle in the room so why not open the bathroom?) It might be just me but I like open doors around me instead.

Great hotel for the price and location. It is very close to Hakata station and there was a convenience store around the corner. The room was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

The hotel is located near quite a few bars and pubs, which normally isn't an issue, but I am a woman and was travelling alone, so it is something to note.

few minutes walk to station is advantage. With Bluetooth speaker is very nice. With hair dryer in room is good. With coffee machine, ice machine, washer and dryer in ground floor hotel. I really like the hotel use coffee bean to make fresh coffee.

I had a bit worry about the security because anyone can take the escalator to go up the hotel room, and front desk always have no staff. I’m afraid stranger will follow after to our room

The property seems to be recently refurbished. Staffs are helpful and accomodating, help with my early check in due to my injury. Lots of eateries and convinces tires nearby.

The distance from trian station is Apx 2 blocks. I was expected it to be closer when look from the Google map 😅.

Close to Hakata train station, located in a quiet area, many restaurants on the way, Lawson is just at the corner. Room size is small just like most of other hotels enough for solo traveler but could be too small for a couple with 2 suitcases.

There’s a smoking room on the reception floor that you have to pass to get to the lift and it’s right next to the laundry too - the smell gets out a little bit at times, just as an FYI

Friendly staff. Close to the station. Spanking clean room. The room is a bit smaller than expected but this is a 'normal' size from Japanese standard, so it's quite acceptable.

Tea and coffee available in the lobby. Right by Hakata station so easy access to any trains and busses. Very friendly staff! Bathtub in the room was a great plus (:
