We're a group of 3 people (my husband, me, and my brother), staying for 7 nights. We rather stay in one place and take the JR train and Shinkansen around Northern Kyushu. Thus, this place is a great short-stay house for us. This apartment has 2 bedrooms, a living area+kitchen, a separate toilet, and a bathroom with shower and a bathtub with a washing area ensuite. The room size is spacious and suitable very well for us. Each bedroom has a wardrobe with hangers. You don't have to pack too many clothes because there is a washing machine with a washing detergent, baskets, and hangers, which is very convenient. We can also get kitchenware from the lobby to use in the room. You have to get them from 15.00-19.30 only when the front desk is operated but you can keep the kitchenware to use throughout your stay. We bought fresh food from a local supermarket and cooked dinner on some days. The location is 1.8 km from Hakata station (central station) but is accessible by several bus lines. The nearest bus stop is Sakakida Machi (400 m from the hotel, next to the Family Mart convenience store) where you can ride bus No. 46, 46-1, or 46L to and from the central station. The one-way bus fee to the central station is 190 yen. Around the hotel, there is a residential area where you can feel a quiet neighborhood. There are also local restaurants, shops, and supermarkets nearby. Google Maps will help :) Uber Taxi is also available, download the app just in case. The taxi fare to the airport is around 1300 yen.

This apartment has a thin floor. You may hear people stomping their feet upstairs, especially when they come with children. Beware not to stomp during your stay.

Spacious and mostly well equipped. Washing machine in unit. For train fanatics the regular passing of Shinkansen fantastic.

No prior explanation that the kitchen didn’t come with any cooking utensils. These had to be rented at 1000 yen ;($10AUD) per day. Also basic crockery and not a single knife provided.

The property is very convinience, very clean, moderm style. It is more than my expectation, love it There are - two bed rooms - dining room and living room in a one room and also island kitchen in there - 1 bath room, with separate toilet - washing machine is in the bath room area - any kind of kitchen ware that you need available at the front office, it is free to use

30 mins walk from Fukuoka airport, the hotel can be reached by bus if travelling from Hakata JR station. The room has 2 separate bedrooms with double beds, and over looks a JR line. If you stay on one of the higher floors (we were on the 10th floor) you will see a Shinkansen very frequently, my kid loved it! The living was large, with a decent sized dining table, and a modest sofa. The room feels spacious because of the open kitchen layout, incredibly comfortable for a family of 4.

The nearby bus services are infrequent, and being in a residential area, we found that bringing luggage onto those buses really inconvenienced the locals (the buses are BUSY and small). The nearest JR station is 10-15 mins walk away.

The place was excellent & exceeded what I expected; The place was perfect for a group of 6 of us; a reunion. The place had everything one needs to relax & enjoy each other company. One thing one should be aware of is that the hotel has no staff to meet you; everything is by high tech. Once you arrive you'll need to use the check in machine & you'll reach a staff who will assist you in the process & you'll receive a QR code the day before explaining what you'll need to do. It went smoothly without any issues so not a big deal.

Really nothing bad to say but be aware that there is nothing nearby the hotel; a convenience store is about a 10 minute walk to buy anything which for us wasn't a problem. Also from Hakada eki to the hotel by taxi is under 10 minutes and costed Y1,000. If you need to buy anything like food you can purchase at Hakada prior to coming so you shouldn't have a problem.

wide, comfortable to stay with 4 adults. clean and quite place. You have cooked food or instant food from convience store with a few kitchen untilities, e.g cubs and plate, spoon/fork is available. 2 beds are not enough for 4 men, so we used 2 futons which was okay.

annoying with lots of notification prior to the date of stay. no staff in place. Price is suddenly increased by selection of parking inclusive. It is more than 1000yen per night. Not so good location if you don't have a car.

Very spacious room with all facilities you may need during a long stay. Very modern, comfortable and clean apartment, easy instructions for all appliances in the room. Decent WiFi speed for making phone calls and could be used to work too.

The check-in time should be reviewed, I believe a lot of guests usually arrive in the city after 19:30 with flights/boats and the hotel is very strict about it (no luggage storage admitted either). The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and this is positive, however it’s quite far from Hakata station and no metro stops nearby - there are buses running on the main road, however we either walked +2km to the station or took taxi.

The staff was very friendly, they tried their best to communicate with us, even if they couldn't really speak English (Google translate helped a lot). The apartment was very modern and clean, with some nice features. Good for longterm stays with family or friends. Parking available in front of the hotel, the fee is 1000 yen per day.

Since we went as a group of friends we closed the rooms when we went to sleep. One bedroom had air conditioning, the other didn't. So we had to leave the door to the living room open im order to get cool air. Its not a big issue, especially as a family. But as a group of friends its more comfortable to be able to close the doors when sleeping.

The room is large. There are 2 bedrooms. The room is really comfortable. There is hot bath up completed by bath salt. There is also dryer room for clothes. We got taxi reimburse from Hakata station to the hotel.

The check in time is so tight and early. I think it will be enough one people must be check in, but all of people must show the passports. My other family must be hurry to come to hotel because of the check in time.

The location is very good, close to shopping mall, close to gundam (la la port). The design inside the home is so good, i specially like the facilities in the bathroom, 1 area for bath (the build-in facilities can let us gave the hot water for onsen/bathing in a super easy way), 1 area with mirror and then another area for towel and clothes, it even have a chair, so i can use it when i blow my hair in front of the mirror are, super love it.

If the cooking tools are free, it will be perfect
