1 bedroom unit is very comfortable. Big size as for japanese standard. Feel like home at Hakata with living room, kitchen and washing machine. I will definitely stay here again if I ever visiting Fukuoka again. 👍

After a long day, it's tiring walking back from Hakata station. 😅

Convenient - fairly near Hakata Station. Quiet despite the hotel being located on a main street. Rooms were fairly spacious, and looked exactly as shown in the online pictures. The additional security system after hours, as well as the freebies and amenities on the ground floor, are very nice touches by the staff as well. Check-out process was particularly easy!

Just 1 small point: with 3 beds in the room, and the 2 large luggages we were carrying, the room did feel slightly claustrophobic. The rooms are likely designed for only 2 double beds on average (except the Family Rooms), so best to stick with that, or have fewer luggages in the room at once if staying in a 3-bedder room.

This is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata station. The accommodation was clean and spacious. Three of us shared it and felt we had more than enough room. The staff responded to all my inquiries quickly and efficiently. We stayed 2 nights, traveled to another part of Japan for 3 nights, and returned to Dream Inn Hakata for 3 more nights. I requested they hold our luggage for us for the 3 nights we were away and they had no problem with that and even had our luggage waiting for us in our room when we returned. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again.

I would like to have some hooks in the bath area to hang damp towels to dry on.

The service is the best I've ever had!! Staffs helped everything you need, very kind and friendly and everything about connection is very smooth, they also contact and prepare everything for you all the time!! English capable speaking make things easier too. Room is comfortable, clean, having everything you need for vacation and no need to bring any of your own stuffs. From free shaver, toothbrush and toothpaste, cotton bud, coffee, tea, water, more towels... Security system is reliable and easy to use. Checkin-checkout is easy. The hotel is only 8 mins walking from Hakata station, which is very convenient for going everywhere via train or bus. Calling taxi in front of hotel is easy too since there has space for short period car parking in front of hotel. Next to the hotel has Yakiniku Hanabi, the nice Yakiniku restaurant with great beef... I do suggest to try it... might be the best beef I can find in Kyushu!! Cross the street from the hotel, it has fried chicken shop and croissant shop... both are very nice and good for the price. 10 mins walking from hotel has supermarket Sunny and pharma shop Drug Eleven, which has almost everything you need for living. Overall, this place is exceed my expectation!! And even I have no place else to visit in Kyushu, I still want to go back there to take nights at Dream Inn again!!

We stayed at dream inn hakata over 2 occasions (head and tail of our trip), on both times, rooms were cosy and beds were comfortable for us. Well equipped with basic kitchen appliance, overall a pleasant stay. However, we had very different experiences when it comes to the toilet water heater.

Toilet water temperature on our 2nd stay was erratic with burning water flowing out 1 second, turning ice cold the next. We had a very difficult time showering the little ones and it was a very unpleasant experience. Room was on lv 7 for hotel's reference, hopefully they can fix it for future guests. The other gripe we had with dream inn was the distance to Hakata station, the walk is around 10-12mins and not exactly near. Of course, we knew the distance prior to the booking and it was of no fault of the hotel.

Friendly, helpful and responsive staff who spoke fluent English. They also helped return something we had misplaced/left behind in the room (we contacted them about this after checkout and it was returned to us when we returned to collect our stored luggage). Modern, clean, well-equipped and well-maintained accomdation. We had chosen this hotel as it offered apartment style rooms yet was a manned hotel. Room was compact but had everything we needed, and everything worked well in the room. Value for money.

Though it was a straight road down from Hakata Station, it was quite a long walk, esp with luggage.

Washer provided. Separate bathroom, toilet and washing basin. Small kitchenette provided. Small balcony for drying clothes. The apartment is v clean. Shampoo and body wash are super good n fragrance. FOC.assessories and drinking water. Helpful reception.

AC and waster heater have timer which turned off and on. So we had cold water, which turned on or off automatically when we were showering and we felt warm when we were sleeping. Balcony is a bit dusty.

my sofa bed, it provided extra big mattress for you to have more comfortable bed, I appreciate it always received warm greetings from the morning shift location is in a quiet place and just 10 minutes walk to the station

there is no place on the wall or door to hang a big towel after shower , especially when you don't want to change towel everyday

The staff was nice and stored our luggage before check in. They even delivered our bags to our room in the Annex building. Walking distance from Hakata station. We enjoyed our stay overall.

The floor in our room needed a good cleaning. We cleaned up a couple areas on the floor ourselves. Obvious spots in the kitchen area.

It’s a big rooms for three! I love the bathroom design with doors doesn’t like many new design is too open which not good for family or group of friends. The bed also nice and comfy. The staffs were so nice and helpful ^^ also they provided free cold water for refills in the lobby. It’s seems far away from Google map but actually just about 10 minutes to the station.
