It's located near the Hakata station, has a Lawson in front. The rooms where average in size, clean and have all the accommodations needed. The staff was cordial and speaks English. I read several negative reviews, but in my experience it was quite good.

There is no breakfast or laundry service, the cleaning service has a cost (this is declared on the description), but the staff provided us with options to do laundry nearby, and offers water, coffee and nuts.

It is under 10 min walk from Hakata Station. Clean room, decent room size for Japan and reasonable price. It has bottled water in the room and coffee at lobby from around check in time.

Leaving lugguage at reception before or after check in will incur 550 yen. If you are a light sleeper, you could hear the bathroom ventilation sound as it is a sliding door; you could also hear the sound from the corridor quite clearly. Interesting room design whereby the bathroom tiles extend out to the entrance of the room (normally it is carpet upon entrance).

The room we got is good for 4, with 2 semi double beds. Plenty of alcoholic welcome drinks at the fridge. Check out is at 11am. Front desk staff is very friendly.

No room cleaning until check out, which could be a problem for clean freaks. Room is small as expected. No wardrobe to hang jackets. Even the bathroom could use a hook or two to hang clothes while taking a bath. A bit pricey.

Check in & out were handled smoothly by the staff. They're all accommodating and we're always greeted with an enthusiastic smile. The room is spacious, so as the bathroom. The bath essentials smell so great and we were provided a complete set such as shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver, cotton buds, cotton pads and comb. The lobby area was so comfy, we even had our dinner and some drinks there. Location wise, it's perfect because it's very accessible to and from the airport, bus & train stations. Convenience stores were also available nearby. Overall, we definitely enjoyed our stay in this hotel and we'll surely book with them again on our next visit to fukuoka.

Location is good, very close to a few 人氣預約困難店( Nikuichi is just opposite to the hotel while 拉麵一双 is 2 blocks away from the hotel) Less than 10 mins walk from HAKATA station and Yodobashi Shop. We went to a DONKI at 中州店 at mid night and rode taxi back to hotel which cost only 1900 yen, extremely convenience Will definitely stay there again

Not sure why they charge you luggage storage fees ( after check out, 550 yen per piece daily) which other hotels would never charged

Lovely big rooms, very clean and spacious. Front desk staff are generally very nice and helpful. Really close to Hakata station. Really nice overall building. Lots of Konbini located next to hotel.

Everything is chargeable, including in room water and leaving bags before and after checking out. Weird warning notices everywhere threatening charges feels a bit uncomfortable, 5000 yen fee for a lost key card is a bit much. No on site Laundry. Got moved rooms mid-stay because of a leak in a nearby room but was upgraded for free to be fair.

Everything is great, water is strong even top floor, room is clean and comfortable, room is big enough to open your luggage. All staff is friendly and helpful, I love the free flow drink and snacks, they will continually refill. You can take daily usage like tower, toothbrush or bathrobe yourself if need.

Don’t have wardrobe and Netflix/youtube, but still great at all.

The location is in a walking-distance from Hakata station. The area is quiet and nice. The design of the building is great. I like the way each room is connected to the outdoor hallway of each floor. The tree and green space is also great.

It is quite surprised that this hotel charged you with luggage deposit before you check-in by pieces. I think luggage deposit should be free for this level of hotel.

The lounge in the 2nd floor was like home. Very relaxing to stay after a day of endless walking. There were other guests and even kids who made the place lively and of course free beer, coffee, water, and nuts. Very nice hotel.

No cleaning but you can get towels, toothbrush, comb etc anytime

I recently traveled with my family. The hotel located a bit far form Hakata station, it took 7-10 min ,about 500 m by walking. So if you brought too many luggages , it’s quite inconvenient. The room is very convenient and the bathroom is so big and comfortable.

If you want to leave luggage before check in ,you have to pay additional fees about 550 yen per luggage (any suitcases or backpacks are counted the same prices). I think it should be free like many hotels that guests can leave luggage for free!
