The apartment was clean and modern, with a good use of space. It was a little cramped with 4 people (2 adults and 2 young teens), but we knew that when we booked it. The beds were comfortable, and the little kitchenette was good for making light meals and snacks. It was great to have the washing machine, and the drying room in the shower room was fantastic. A few more coathangers, etc, would be handy. We luckily brought a travel clothesline that we used as well. The staff were helpful when we had an issue with our front door on the first day. Plenty of covenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. Also, a fairly comfortable 15 min walk from Hakata Station, even with luggage. Close to the train line, but not enough noise to keep you awake.

Would like to have a small broom set to clean the floor.

The apartment offers a spacious room, which is larger than what you'd typically find in Japan. Everything inside is new and well-maintained, adding to the comfort of the stay. However, the location is quite far from the city center, so commuting might be inconvenient for some. Additionally, the unmanned check-in process can be a bit of a hassle, especially if you’re unfamiliar with the system. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for a modern and roomy space away from the hustle and bustle

Its very good for everything. Good value for money, kitchen and bed are also very good. Maybe just make you feel messy little bit about no staff for check-in but they have information how to do also at the front desk.

Not too close for who don’t want to walk so much. And no staff in the front desk but if you understand everything so nothing make problem.

Very good location, close to Hakata station. The pictures match the rooms perfectly and the wifi is quite good as well. The apartment is very clean and conveniently located. We used this as our home base while visiting family in Fukuoka. There are enough grocery stores, restaurants and konbini in the neighborhood to get what you need. It's an ideal apartment for families or a group of friends, that want an excellent base of operations in Fukuoka.

We did miss some basics, like a rice cooker in the kitchen. As it is close (next) to the train tracks, there is sometimes quite some sound coming through the typical Japanese windows. But for most sleepers, this won't bother you too much once you get used to it.

A very spacious studio apartment, with a lot of windows and a small balcony. It was nice to have a kitchen, even though we didn't use it other than to boil water. It was also handy to have a washing machine and the shower room can be used as a dryer/heating room to dry the clothes. Self-Check-in was simple enough via a tablet set-up at the reception.

The lighting could be better in some parts of the apartment. It felt a bit dark at night even when all lights were turned on. Since it was summer, we would have preferred to hang laundry on the balcony, however there was no stick to be found that could be attached to the laundry apparatus outside, so we had to use the shower dryer/heater to dry our clothes.

The arrangement of our family suite was excellent. We made use of the kitchen space to cook and eat. Everything was clean and amenities offered were more than sufficient.

It might have been helpful to have more cooking supplies but every apartment hotel is different.

I like the space of the room that is wider than the average hotel in Japan. Room facilities are good. But should have an iron and ironing board would be better.

The property will need at least a 15-minute walk to walk to Hakata Station. Would like to have brooms to clean in the accommodation as well In case of staying for several days in a row, it can be cleaned.

Spacious and clean. The split bathroom and toilet facilities was convenient for groups, and it was nice having a equipped kitchen. The location is about a 10-15 walk from the JR Hakata station, and there were several supermarkets within walkable distance.

It would be nice if they provided a water dispenser in the building and extra garbage bags for extended stays.

Quiet neighbourhood with 2 supermarkets nearby.

Quite a long walk from Hakata Station West exit. I guess it is fine during winter but not to walk 10-15 mins during the hot summer.

The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. Location is very convenient with supermarket, convenience store and bike rental nearby.
