Behind Hakata station, 5 mins walking distance to the station. Good location with convenience stores around. Staff was friendly and there were refreshment every afternoon which was a nice gesture.

Seems to be a rather old hotel as the facilities seems old. But nothing too alarming. Walls are quite thin, I can hear next door's movement. Good to have a sustainable policy. I had my 'Do not disturb' sign on hoping that they will not make my room and no need for change of towels (since I don't have to do that every day). But keepers will still give us fresh towels every day. Good to have the choice to opt out of those so that we don't waste the resources.

My flight arrived fukuoka early in the morning from Sydney, so I arrived the hotel around 11am and have been told that the checked in time would be at 3pm. I have left my luggage stored by the reception and went for a quick walk and lunch. It was around 130pm when I headed back to the hotel as I was exhausted and sleepy after the long flight trip and overnight flight. I have told the reception that I would sit at the reception and asked them to let me know when they could allow checking in. I have told them that I didn't want to go anywhere as I was tired and needed to sit down and take rest. Around 2pm, the front desk staff let me know that they could let me to check in a bit earlier. I was touched and really appreciated their understanding and care.. I could understand that 3pm is the check in time and it was a rule. But I really appreciate their understanding and care of a solo traveller taking a long overnight flight and the only thing I wanted was a good shower, taking a quick nap before my trip in Japan. Location was perfect, near Hakata station, lots of good dining options and famous restaurants close by. Room was kept clean, maid staff was very nice and considerate. Air conditioning in the lobby and hallways was amazing I’ve never experienced that at a hotel, it was really nice coming in after a hot day walking around.

I think there must be one floor that allows smoking. You can smell cigarette smoke sometimes in the elevator from passing the smoking level. You can’t smell it on non smoking levels or non smoking rooms so not a big deal.

We checked with hotel if we could store our main bags there as we were going to spend another 10 days travelling to other parts of Kyushu and they agreed. We sent our cabin bags by courier from our last stop and messaged them and they replied very quickly they they would look out for our bags. And when we arrived, they told us that our bags were in storage! Price is very reasonable that my party of 4 took a single room each for our final 4-night stay. Room was very comfortable with items replenished daily and location is simply great with plenty of dining options and a 5 minute walk to Hakata station. Most of the staff speak English. I would highly recommend this hotel.

They had charging points by the bed but could have included USB ports.

Rooms were cleaned daily and fresh towels were given as well. Toilet was slightly bigger than other chain hotels. Walkable from Hakata station and there's also FamilyMart nearby. Several great food locations in the vicinity as well! They also offered daily snacks in the lobby which was a refreshing sight.

Mattress was a little thin/hard and could be a little uncomfortable if you already have a stiff back.

The location is near Hakata station so many convenient stores, restaurants and shops around. The room is small but manageable and clean. The bathroom is very clean too and they make your room everyday for you.

The bed mattress is very hard so we had a hard time getting comfortable enough to fall asleep.

The location is really fantastic! Around 5-10 minutes walk from Hakata station depending on your speed. Best if you choose Fukuoka as the main hub then traveling the nearby areas by JR Kansai part. The room is typically a Japanese business hotel. Satisfied as it should be. They provide free snacks from afternoon till evening. I have tried the donut and it's really great!

The room is a bit small. Not much space to open the 2 luggage at the same time.

Hotel did not provide any mineral water. Hotel also did not provide any water dispenser counter for guest to top up water

The location was close to Hakata station and many attractions nearby, many nice cafes and restaurants! Bed was comfortable and standard Japanese style bathroom, fresh towels and robes were given everyday too

Was a bit hot in the room

The location is near the train station so it's easy to go around. Also there is a Matsuya beside it which has relatively cheaper meals. I also liked that there is a humidifier which helped a lot in keeping my nose and throat less dry during winter.

They only have tap water so if you want mineral water you have to buy at the nearby convenience store which is fine with us but might not be ok for others.
