This is my family's 3rd time staying in this hotel. Checking in is a breeze. We love that the room is comfortable and how it allowed for us to sleep without being disturbed for 3 people. The breakfast buffets are a highlight for us in the hotel with the special Kyushu delights like mentaiko, chilled miso soup, fried chicken, local vegetable burdocks etc... They ingredients are fresh and of a high quality! The amenities provided are good quality and the onsen was a place we went to almost every day of our trip to Special shout out to Kubo-san for meeting our needs whether with making a reservation at the restaurant, booking the cab for us to go to the airport and with checking in on us each day when she saw us coming in through the lobby. These little touches definitely make the hotel stay so much more welcoming and homely. Thank you so much to Kubo-san for helping to ensure that our trip in Fukuoka was special. You are amazing!

rooms are new and equipped, staffs are willing to help with a great attitude. Would love to visit there again. The onsen is nice and clean. the location is in a walking distance from the JR Station and are quite nearby many cafes, famous restaurants. Also really close to the subway and shrines.

The windows cant be opened due to safety reasons, I think. but after onsen, somehow the room are quite hot even we're there during the winter season and cant imagine how it would feel if we visited in the summer. Moreover, the onsen are full of tourists from abroad and tend to talk quite loud (but that's beyond the hotel's control).

The hotel staff is excellent. Rooms are clean. The breakfast was good, but did not have as much variety as other hotels in Fukuoka. Very good if only staying 1 or 2 nights, but not so for a long stay.

Had problems with the in room safe. After using it for several days, it would not open after entering the correct code - remedied immediately by hotel staff. But did not trust to use the safe again - tested it with an empty safe and it would not lock.

Well located within walking distance to Hakata station. Took us about 7-8 minutes. Also very close to the subway station. Very convenient without being in the midst of hustle and bustle of noise and traffic. Also close enough to walk to the Naka area and Canal City shopping mall. Room was clean. Having an onsen is a big plus after a long day out. Staff were helpful and friendly.

A bit pricey and the room was smaller than expected from the pics.

Great location very close to Hakata train station. Walking distance to local tourist spots. Breakfast was outstanding , make sure you book this when you book your room you won’t be disappointed. The 13th floor public bath was great to use both morning and evening so an added additional to my daily routine. All the staff in the restaurant and front reception desk where so professional and helpful. The room attendant was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate our needs. This hotel in a true asset in the city and should be on your accommodation list when visiting . Make sure you just try one or two of the ramen restaurants ( Ramen stadium)on the 5th floor of the Canal city shopping complex and stay for the water fountain show ever 30 minutes. ,

No real issues or problems with the property, although the room was very small , my next visit I would request a larger family room for two people as the standard room for two guests with luggage is very tight.

Hotel looks very nice as well as good staff service. Location is good, from Hakata station to hotel needs around 6-7 minutes.

Although this is December, so high temperature at room to cause can't sleep. I try to adjust temperature lower, unfortunately, air conditioner is out of control during my stay so that I request room change at 0300 a.m. During hot spring, there are too many guests so that I need wait for the shower while I'm nude, so embarrassed! Also, I forget to bring power transformer & try to ask hotel for the borrow, unforunately, no the service provide, so disappointed!

We stayed in the hotel when we get married. I wanted to surprise her, so I asked the hotel for corporation, like placing flower bouquet, message cards, printed large pictures all of which I ordered to online stores, in a room. Note that these are of course not included usual services but were possible because of their kindness! They did a great job. They even used the TV display in the room to show a message for celebrating the marriage. It was really awesome. With this experience, I have to say that this hotel, not only the attractive facilities like hot springs but also excellent hotel staff doing such heartwarming work, is the best hotel that I have ever stayed in my life. Many thanks to all people who have worked on our stay. *Even without this special experience, I can strongly recommend this hotel to stay and explore Fukuoka city as our stay was so comfortable.

The breakfast was superb. The location is convenient. The carpark arrangement is good. The room is clean and spacious (but we stayed at the largest suite on our last occasion).

The staff refused to even help us to book restaurants and needed to use a translation machine to do the communications. And on our first night, we opted for environmental friendly housekeeping (so as to keep the same bedsheets and pillow cases) the next morning when we left hotel. To our surprise, the cleaning staff only removed our trash and replaced clean towels. They did not even tidy up our bed and replace water for us.

The public bath place is fantastic. The location is great. You can take the bus, underground, or train to most places you would like to go, just feel free to minutes walk from the hotel you can see the stations. Room facilities and amenities are great! It has enough space to open a 26’ luggage case.

Duplicate procedures and lack of information connection between the staffs. We had done the check-in, and kept our luggages at the front desk in the morning, but we were asked to do the self-check-in again to get the room pass in the evening. In the end, the hotel copied our passports twice during the two times, which is certainly not necessary. The self check-in machine is not work smoothly, and the hotel need to assign a staff standing besides assisting customers using the machine. It looks awkward.

Great location, plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby. The room is spacious compared to other Japan's Urban hotels. Onsen is average. The staffs are nice, though we did check-in through a machine. They also helped us book a cab on a rainy day. the drop-off is located in the back.

The Lifts are pretty slow. People are constantly using it 24/7.
