The location of the hotel is wonderful ! it is nearby everything from restaurant, sightseeing, shopping and JR train or bus stop. The facilities of the hotel is simple yet VERY WELL ORGANIZED !!! the hotel is VERY CLEAN and staff are helpful. We travel in a group of 7 people and booked 7 rooms for 7 nights. Hotel staff is very kind and arrange us all on the SAME FLOOR. it is very convenience for us to mingle around. The sound proof ability between room is FANTASIC ! though we laugh in room, my neighbour in the next door hear nothing.

There is NO VIEW from the window as all our rooms are facing to wall. It is a little unexpected. The mattress is rather soft. It took me a couple days to get used to it. Afterall it is a OK bed. The default bedding set up only come with one pillow for each bed. I asked for extra pillows at the front desk. The same room type of double room comes in 2 different room layout / set up. The square room offers better space to open big luggage, while the rectangle room offers literally no space for any movement.

Cleanliness, location

The receptionists were a female and a male (not too old, tall and slender, unfortunately I can't remember their names) who were willing to help. The others were sullen and had harsh voices. There is no dryer. There are only a few washing machines with built-in dryers. No matter how much you dry them, they don't dry. If the person who washed before us doesn't come to take the clothes out on time, we have to wait another hour for the machine to unlock. This wastes the time of the next person who will wash. The hotel should solve this problem.

Very conveniently located, just a few minutes walk from Hakata station, which is a stop on the shinkansen and can also be very easily reached from the airport. Hotel is very clean and fairly new, and it was quiet. Although breakfast is a set meal and not a buffet at the moment due to the pandemic, the selection and quality was nice, including some local Fukuoka specialties.

Although it's very close to the station, it's slightly hard to find. The streets get pretty quiet once you get even a block from the station, and it was quiet dark in the surrounding area at night. There are only two elevators, which both stop at the 2nd floor lobby by default, so coming and going from your room can be a little slow. The room was not very spacious-- although it's a very nice, clean business hotel, it's still a business hotel.

- Rooms are rather small (which is standard in large Japanese cities), but comfortable and well organized. - Rooms and hotel are super clean - Personnel is nice, friendly and try to answer all requests positively. I had to modify my stay due to pro constraints, and the front office managed tjis very efficiently directly with booking. - Location is mins walking from Hakat train / subway station

Breakfast is proposed in the restaurant at ground floor. Not so much variation: asian (fish) or non-asian (egg and sausages) breakfast. After a week, you know them both by heart...

It was very close to Hakata station, which was really important. Everything was well-managed and clean. The laundry machine was helpful and was available whenever I needed it. The restaurant on the 1st floor was quite good, providing local food at reasonable prices. I had a lunch, and a beer with some finger food. Highly recommended. And the staff was always kind and available for help anytime.

Nothing. The room was a bit small, but that's normal for any Japanese city of this size. Actually, it was a bit bigger than usual Japanese business hotels. Quite satisfied overall.

After a long flight and resulting jet lag, we were so glad to stay in this very comfortable, spacious (Twin Room) and clean hotel at a reasonable price compared to hotels closer to the station. But walking a few minutes more will save you money and get you a more spacious room here. We asked for a high floor and our request was granted.

Breakfast was very generous and good, freshly prepared with a lovely staff, but the main offering of a mackerel daily doesn't change, so it gets tiresome after a couple of days. You do need to like walking to get to the station or other attractions, but we didn't mind, especially since Fukuoka was one of the most polite and pedestrian friendly bigger city we've ever had the pleasure to visit.

I'm delighted with my stay at this hotel. The room size is perfect for solo travellers: you can have your suitcase open and still have space to use the desk. The bed is comfortable and the area is so quiet. And the location is so convenient! Just 5 minutes from Hakata station, which means Shinkansen access to many other cities, easy access to the bus terminal to get to locations where trains aren't as convenient, or just an easy subway ride to the airport. I'm delighted with my stay and will stay there again if I need a hotel in Fukuoka in the future.

We took the bullet train from Hiroshima to Hakata Station. It was under ten minutes walk from the Hakata Station WEST exit. This is important because we discovered the bullet train exit is the opposite direction. It was already dark when we arrived in Hakata Station but we relied on Google maps which worked out perfectly. We did not book a breakfast with the room price because there was a convenience store outside within two minutes walk. Hotel was clean.

The room was large enough to hold two people and their luggage with room to spare, the bed was reasonably comfortable, it was close to Hakata station and made it easy to get around. There were three coin laundry machines on site. We were able to reserve one of the three parking spots on site without too much issue.

The laundry machines do not dry well even on the maximum drying length, so you will have to hang dry clothes.

It is located near the west side of the train station. My family had a wonderful 7 nights stay in this hotel. Didn’t make the wrong choice as our rooms were spacious enough to accommodate our baggages in addition to its comfortable twin beds, cleanliness and toilet having separate bath and WC.

Suggest the management to look into supplying daily 2x mineral water.
