Hotel is just few minutes walk from Hakata Station. It has all necessary amenities such as coin laundry They also allow luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. Staff were accommodating

The room doesn’t have a closet where you can hide your luggage. The room might be too small if you have bigger luggage. There were dust under the bed side table.

This is the second time that I stayed at this location in Fukuoka. Funnily, I stayed in the same room as last time. I came back to this hotel because of the front desk staff. Although they speak very little English they go out of their way to assist, accomodate and even anticipate customer needs. In a world where things are becoming increasingly automated it is so nice to see a friendly face - especially when travelling alone. The food was just basic - nothing special but the service is stellar at all points. Even housekeeping was so engaging and accomodating.

I won't say anything was disappointing because that woud be misleading. The bathroom immaculate - but a slight mildew smell. I think this could be dealt with quite easily.

This was my second stay in this hotel. After an original 5 night stay, I needed a place in Fukuoka on way up Japan and I liked the place so much that I went back

My only complaint of the venue is the lighting in the room. There are no side lights as such. It's only the lighting in the room which you can't dim so it's either very bright indeed or black. I end up switching the main room off and leaving just the ones in the atrium.. But it's not a massive thing as most of the time I'm out of the property anyway.

The staff were super friendly, it was easy to communicate even though I had some difficulty with speaking Japanese. The rooms were cleaned often, and the towels were changed daily. Overall, my family and I had a great time in Fukuoka because of Nest Hotel Hakata Station.

Our only worry was the height of the bathtub side. We prefer showers, and it was hard for us to "jump over" into the bathtub. The food options also in the restaurant were not a lot, and some of the menu items' pictures were a bit misleading.

1. Nest Hakata is in a perfect location, away from busy street but close enough to the train station. 2. Facility is very clean with great customer service. Communication was not difficult despite the language barrier. 3. Rooms are a bit small, well depends on type of room, but not bad for staying one night, clean room and bath.

There is not so much to judge as a negative since I stayed for one night only. I will say, facility is not so flexible with the person per room ratio. Although, I believe my family of 3 adults and a 1yr old could've stayed in a twin room, I had to purchase a single room for the third adult. However, this doesn't change my positive view of the hotel.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed wasn't too hard and the pillows were also pretty good. Room seemed like it was recently renovated and it felt really clean. The bathroom was newer but its typical Japan size bathroom. Overall, the room was ideal and we would come back to it.

Not much, but the staff was sort of dry and not willing to help much. They also barely had any umbrellas even though they had a lot of occupancy which is odd. We asked the staff for recommendations in the area but they were dry and barely wanted to communicate.

Location was very close to Hakata train station - ideal for our travel plans to other nearby cities. Cost was acceptable too, for a 3-star rated hotel. Hotel was very popular during our stay there, thus, only gotten rooms that were kind of small for my party of travellers. Fortunately, the hotel was able to accede to my request for the rooms to be changed (upgraded to bigger ones) at an additional cost. Stayed there for 6 nights, and was provided with fresh change of towels on a daily basis.

Breakfast was not included in the booking, thus, had to pay for it. The venue was usually packed with other patrons, from tour group(s), at the usual breakfast taking times. In order to avoid the crowds, and get a table for myself and the family, we went after it was emptier. They simply stopped replenishing the dishes, 30 minutes prior to end of breakfast.

Location Location Location very close to the Hakata station, if you planning to go other places that require take JR and want to control budge, this is the place for you. They provide luggage storage service once you checked out.

The room is small, don’t expect to open your large suitcase, you need to take your necessities out and close you suite case so can walk inside the room. But the size compare to other nearby hotels, this is already the best choice.

The hotel was clean and equipped with useful facilities. They also provide good set of skincare for free. The location is not far from station.

Twin room was a bit small for two people with traveling baggage. There was no drinking water provided in rooms and when I went to vending machine, the bottled water was also out of stock.

A hotel with underground access. The underground passage between the stations makes it easy to get to the hotel. (Hakata Station - Gion Station.) When you come out of the exit P4, you will arrive right in front of the hotel. Also, The staff is friendly and the facilities are clean. A little expensive, but worth it. Luggage storage service is also available.

The breakfast seems a bit expensive compared to the quality.
