Good if you plan for stopping over for a night only. Nothing much to see in this place but the area is packed with good restaurants walking-distance! They also have washing machine and dryer here. The front staff I met was an elder-looking man. He communicated in English very well. Pretty sure you won’t be having a hard time communicating in English here. Room size is OK. Small but livable. If you doing a roadtrip, there’s plenty of paid parking lots in the area or even one right on the front of the hotel.

The bed is small if you coming as a couple. The bed’s size is around 4 feet which is considered to be too small for a double bed.

The room was clean, guests were quiet, neighborhood was quiet. The location has many stores, shops, restaurants, and parks right outside. The hotel staff was kind and accommodating for a guest with no Japanese language skills. The front desk staff will greet you every time you pass in or out at any hour. The housekeeping staff left a new robe and set of towels outside the room every day even if the do not disturb sign was on the door. There are multiple vending machines, a laundromat, and a toaster oven in the lobby. All of the toiletries provided by the hotel (hair brush, tooth brush, tooth paste, cotton face pads, hair ties, razors) are in the lobby for you to take as needed. Shampoo, body wash, and a foaming face/hand wash are in the room (no conditioner).

Although I did purchase the breakfast option, the check in staff said "no breakfast" repeatedly and due to my lack of language skills it wasn't clear whether it was not currently happening due to the pandemic, he was claiming I did not purchase the add on, or it was preferred for there to be no foreigners. No refund was offered and that is likely something I have to take up with Booking.com directly. The only thing particularly unsatisfactory about the room was the lack of a three prong outlet except for where the refrigerator plugs in behind the desk. The fact that the room is from the 1970s was fine besides the electrical outlet situation.

Room was very clean, and staff gave us new towels and a bottle of water everyday through a bag. You can also visit the onsen beside the hotel for free The hotel is very close to Minami-Fukuoka Station and is very convenient to walk to.

The air in the lobby on the 7th floor was very musty as the air conditioning was turned off.

The Nepal Receptionist was very nice and had an outstanding customer service. I felt at home because it was serene as if my real bedroom. and it’s affordable. The supermarket in subway station helps a lot where I buy my pre-cooked meal and it’s delicious. Also cheaper than in Hakata City.

Location.. I had 2 subway rides from Fukuoka International Airport. This is not good for a first timer tourist because you’re not familiar yet with the place especially when your flight arrival is late night just like my experience. But don’t worry, the Minami area is very safe and the hotel is walking distance to subway station.

I was able to stay at a very reasonable price in my case. Convenience stores, supermarkets, and the train station are all within walking distance. It takes about 25 minutes to Fukuoka Airport by train. (Transfer to subway at Hakata). You can use the hot spring and sauna in the annex building for free, not in the hotel. Considering the price and location, I would use this hotel again when using Fukuoka Airport instead of the Hakata and Tenjin area. The staff was also very helpful.

Every hotel with a decent price was booked for this period. So I expected a bad, or worse room than on the pictures. But no., it was completely fine. The bed was big enough, there were free razors and toothbrush, the staff was pleasant, the room had a fine size.

Very strong smell of tobacco. Plug far from the bed. Check out time was max at 10am, it's early.

Parking at reasonable price right out front, all was nice really!

I could only find one power point near the floor by the door, was weird? Had to put kettle on floor and my phone to charge, strange as only one snd by the floor near the door? Not a huge thing but was weird!

Good hotel with on-sen for free , nice breakfast , clean, nice staff, good value of money, close to train station and convenient shops surround, very happy to stay here

The staff we're friendly, the hotel was easy to access and close to the station, if you ask at the desk after 5pm they'll give you a ticket to go to the onsen next door (at no extra cost) about 2mins wall from Minami Fukuoka station!

Not many thing to complain about everything was as shown.

The staff was kind and attentive. complimentary onsen next door, just ask the front desk

I cannot think of anything worth disliking here.
