Fully equipped apartment with 2 bedrooms and 5 separate beds. Smart TV so we were able to watch Netflix (this is not common in other places we stayed in Japan). Also had a nice balcony allowing us to be outside while in the apartment, when we wanted. Washer dryer in the apartment and a wonderful cloths drying rack with specialized heating function. Facility offered complimentary shuttle service, dropped us off and picked us up from various near by locations when/as we needed. We went skiing mid-DEC, 2023, and when there was no snow (due to warm weather) we cut our stay short mid-stay. The property owner Erika was awesome enough to give us 50% refund (in cash) for the nights we did not use. I am quite sure this was against the cancellation and refund policies, but still they went the extra mile and did what was right by us.... highly recommended, I will surely return the next time I am in Hakuba. 5-star rating by us :-)

Basic but clean. Everything you need for the stay. But a hand towel at the bathroom will be good as others commented. Staff is friendly.

The bedroom next to the living room lacks a heater, so we need to keep the bedroom door open to let warm air from the living room circulate in there. Additionally, there is no dryer for the laundry, so we placed the clothes rack directly under the heater in the living room, right in front of the TV (so we can’t watch TV together but just look at our own phones 😅) . When I do laundry in the living room after dinner (I can’t hang clothes before dinner to avoid them absorbing cooking smells from the open kitchen), I have to keep the bedroom door open to ensure my daughter stays warm. However, she struggles to sleep with the lights on in the living room. This makes it challenging to balance her comfort, the laundry needs, and watching TV together.

Clean close to the buses needed to reach the ski fields. We only ate from the restaurant once (it is more a take away restaurant) and it was delicious. Staff were exceptionally helpful I became ill and one of the staff drove hubby to a pharmacy and went inside with him to assist with medication purchase. It snowed every day we were there so hard to get around on foot.

Staff very helpful and accommodating. Even gave us a ride to the train station when we checked out. Apartment spacious and had everything we needed. Great food from the bar downstairs and this proved an excellent option for dinner as restaurants in the area booked out quickly.

Everything was fine, no complaints.

Good location near bus pick ups to ski fields. Close to ski hire shop. Close to Echoland main street. Quiet area. Good apartment. Washing machine, kitchen, big rooms

Some of the electrical devices in the kitchen could have done with some more instructions in the welcome pack. Thank goodness for Google translate.

The property was well located and it was easy to get into the village and to the ski slopes. People were friendly.

Beds were very firm and the apartment was a bit dated. It had everything as listed and it all worked, but it seemed a bit of a throw back to the ‘90s when it was built or last decorated.

Great place to stay, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. PIckup from bus station, drop back off, took us to the slopes Day 1 as we missed the shuttles. Great little cafe downstairs to have a beer and a bite to eat. Bath and shower, washng machine all worked well, cooking facilities all good. Plenty of room to dry clothes. Convenience store short walk down the road (I managed to do it in a blizard) or the echoland shops are even shorter. Overall the 5 of us were very happy with Hakuba Inn Bloom.

The staff were extremely helpful and did their best in-spite of the language barrier.

Noise between 2am and 7am from guests in the room above us stomping about. A bedside lamp and a plug near the bed would have been appreciated.

Great stay. Apartment was bigger than expected. Staff were friendly and a nice cafe downstairs. Good location to bus stops and easy walking to Echoland which has so many good restaurants and bars. Would def stay again
