Location: very close to JR Ofuna Station, terminal station of Shonan Monorail and bus terminal. Conveniently close to most shopping needs (Lumine Wing at the Station, Ofuna shopping street a small block east of the Station and Seiyu grocery store which opens 24 hours). An excellent accommodation option economically and geographically to visit North Kamakura, Kamakura, Shonan beach shoreline and Enoshima. Staff: excellent service and courteous. Room: quiet, bed comfortable and spacious for single occupant. Loved the baggage rack and SIX hangers. Breakfast: opted breakfast at Ueshima Coffee downstairs, excellent coffee and options of Western breakfast (sandwiches, eggs, bacons etc). Self check-out takes seconds to complete. Loved the comfy hotel two-piece pyjamas, and wish I could purchase them.

Unfortunately the Keikyu Airport Bus directly servicing between Ofuna and Henada Airport has been suspended earlier in the year although it has nothing to do with Sotetsu Fresa Inn. I used the JR Line and Keikyu Airport Line to get to HND from Ofuna (changed lines at Yokohama Station).

I really liked the room. You could actually see the kannon statue from my window. Moreover there was free tea, body lotion, bath additive and pyjamas in the lobby for you to take. The hotel is near Ofuna station which is very convenient. And I didn't hear any loud noises from the street or trains at night. Also enough konbinis and an organic supermarket in walking distance. (There were also a lot of restaurants but I didn't try those.) Staff was very friendly and everything was clean.

The front staff was great. We had to make an international toll free call to rebook cancelled flights, and they let us use a phone for about 80 minutes and even brought a stool to sit on. The room was very clean and the hotel was very close to the train station and lots of food options. It was very hot in Ofuna, and the air conditioning worked great!

The bed was slightly tilted or unevenly worn out, but not too bad. The rooms are cramped which is common in Japan, so just be aware. There is a tall threshold to the bathroom which caused us to trip over it multiple times. it was higher than other such thresholds we saw on our trip.

Location is perfect. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Convenient coin-operated washer and dryer. Staff are friendly and helpful. Everything is as good as expected! Nice selection of free toiletries. The cafe next door serves good breakfast.

Just one thing that left a bad taste in my mouth: They do not provide umbrellas for guests to borrow for free when it rains. This is the only business hotel I have stayed at in Japan that does not provide this. Instead, they make you buy umbrellas. This is such a waste of resources because after one use, I will now throw that umbrella away as I can't pack it to bring home with me. Please reconsider this. You can have guests pay a deposit to borrow the umbrella and then return the deposit when they bring it back. But making tourists buy umbrellas which are too bulky for them to take home is just nonsensical.

The sightseeing was nice as I was staying at 9th floor. There was a window that directly see the view. The bed was right just by the window. My kid loved it, he stayed up late for the view. As it was raining that day, it made the scenes much more attractive for sure. The hotel receptionists were so kindhearted, I was worried about my next day booking, they helped me to solve out. There is a laundry room there as well. The hotel is right at the downtown, very convenient to reach the food stores.

The room is too small too open the luggage.

Super close to Ofuna train station. Staff kindly held our bags for an hour on check out day, so we cld catch monorail out to Enoshima, fantastic sights of Mt Fuji on the way! Clean rooms, comfy beds, bath, TV, heating, cute township with plenty of shops. Super affordable and kind, professional staff. We loved access to free toiletries, tea, pajamas, highly recommend. Need to book breakfast 2 at least 2 days prior to booking. :-)

The location and the room were top notch for the price I paid. Everything was within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. Food options for lunch and dinner were plentiful.

The breakfast was subpar and disappointing. Wasn't worth the extra I paid for on top of the room. I thought it would be similar to the other Sotetsu-Fresa nearby, where breakfast was a nice buffet that included Shirasu with rice!

I liked everything about this hotel. Location was excellent, room was the perfect size for a solo traveller spending most of their time outside exploring, and the laundry facilities were a massive plus, especially given the heat and rain we had while I was there. Though I interacted very little with the staff, they were always polite and helpful, and the room was always spotless after cleaning. Nothing but positives for me!

Location is excellent, close to train station, mall, restaurants, market and shopping street. Staff are helpful and proactive. Room is clean and big.

Breakfast provided by the coffee shop, choice is limited. If you're staying for a few days, you may not want to have it anymore.

Honestly nothing. Never disappointed by 相鉄！ One suggestion： If more washing machine and dryer can be added，it would be great！
