The largest, most luxurious room of our entire 18-day stay in Japan, comparable to any upscale hotel stay in the USA. The hotel watched our luggage for free prior to check-in and all day after check-out while we did our sightseeing tour of the city.

This was the only hotel during our stay where being close to the train station meant there weren't many tourist sites within easy walking distance. It was also a very North American style hotel, so it lacked some of the authenticity and charm we liked at hotels in Kyoto and Tokyo.

+ Ridiculously large rooms but still well proportioned and comfortable. Nice seating area with armchairs and footrests to rest those weary feet’s after a whole day of sightseeing + excellent location 5 mins away from JR and bus stations

- for those looking for a Western breakfast skip the hotel restaurant for breakfast. The choice is very poor and limited and even the Japanese options looked very unappealing compared to other hotels. Restaurant looks rather jaded

Everything! The room was big and spacious. Location was about a 10min walk from Kanazawa Station where there are tons of eateries and good shopping. Breakfast in the restaurant was a Japanese buffet but as someone who is not a great fan of Japanese food, I was still able to have a good meal. Sorry, no western food on offer. I think non-Asian children would struggle with the breakfast fare.

The room is clean and huge. I mean if you compare the room size to Tokyo, it is definately MUCH LARGER! All basic amenities are provided and there is complimentary bath salts that you could request from the receptionists. We booked this hotel as it is located just a few mins walk away from the Kanazawa bus station, which is located at the Kanazawa Station itself, as we need to take the early morning bus for our Shirakawago day trip.

Room is really spacious! Furnishings looks clean and new plus bed is pretty comfortable. It is located near Kanazawa station and there is a convenience store next to the hotel. Visiting the sights in the city can be done easily by boarding the Kanazawa Loop Bus at Kanazawa station (15mins interval). Also, the hotel comes with a library and a gym as well. (its on the 4th floor)

The hot water from the sink seem to contain some sediments that made the water cloudy...?

The hotel room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was helpful. There is a small gym which is open 24/7.

The location of the hotel is on the opposite side of the main area of Kanazawa, but only a short walk from the main station. Wasn't able to control the heating so it was quite warm.

The room was spacious and it was nice to have 4 beds for our 5 person family. The staff were very nice, despite the language barrier. I liked that the hotel was by the train station. Close to walking and a convenience store right downstairs.

The Wifi kept cutting off and was very slow. Everything is done with WiFi these days, so we were relying on the hotel Wifi for a lot of our communication. They can improve this.

The king size room was spacious and had all the amenities I wanted in the room. The sofas were comfortable. There was a mobile charger that you can charge your android or iphone. The library room is small but is good enough. There was a chessboard but I was alone so could not make use of it. The breakfast was awesome, and the arrangement to avoid COVID-19 cross infection was very well done.

I liked the facility, however, I did not see the coin laundromat as in some other hotels. May be, it was there but I could not find it. It was just 2 nights there, so I did not bother. However, I saw the laundry and some employees were cleaning that section.

Location is close to train station, you can see the name of hotel from station exit. room I reserved is open big, bed is confortable, shower is strong, staffs are helpful

hallway wall have some big scratches I think from who move stuffs or luggages scratched, elevator carpet has stain.

Near Kanazawa station. It’s very clean and spacious. Counter staff were very helpful and polite. The room even proves a multi-purpose charger that one can charge different appliances at the same time. Even DHC facial products were provide in small packets. Definitely a hotel I’ll stay in again
