Excellent location (650m from main train station), easy check-in, very nice and clean rooms, Western and Japanese breakfast was good but modest, very friendly staff, minimarkets very close by in case you forgot something, dining areas all in walking distance and visiting the old town and castle, gardens can be done by bus or on foot (nice walk along the main street). The public bath (Onsen) was also excellent, well organized with separate Onsen for women and very clean. Liked the service of storing our luggage safely after check-out. We would definitely come back here next time.

Nothing special that would come to mind.

Everything in very good condition and new, with lots of complementary stuff like toothbrushes, cotton buds and shaving cream, and a communal pay laundry. The complementary pyjamas and onsen was awesome. We went every day. Only thing was the onsen didnt have a cold pool, so you had to cool down with a cold shower instead. The spa couches were great.

Our room was a little small, so it was a little cramped with our suitcases. Hotel is on the wrong side of the station to see the sights (but not far from the station), which wasnt an issue for us as we walked everywhere.

The hotel was good value, The location is good overall but there is a bit of a walk to the touristy stuff. But it's not a bad thing to walk a bit, with all the delicious food around.

No complaints. Everything was pretty much as expected.

Superb value for money; size of room, quality of the breakfast. Conveniently located for my business needs - 5 mins walk on the west side of Kanazawa station. Tourists might prefer the east side of the station though.

Would prefer a proper desk for to work.

Fantastic onsen. Very friendly staff. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Many extra little details such as artwork, not only in the lobby, but also in the corridors, nice-looking and comfortable pajamas, local Hojicha-tea in the room... . Conveniently located near the railway station, but on the quiet side, which made it easy to sleep.

Great value for money, we decided to stay for one night near to the train station for ease of access. It’s a super quick 5 minute walk from the station, good facilities and a spacious room. The public bath was a highlight, one of the best hotel public baths I have encountered. Very quiet, definitely would stay again!

The aircon was set to either fan mode or heater only. I suspect it is because it is winter but the duvet is too thick for fan mode of aircon and I ended up sweating at night.

The room was bigger than you would normally see in other cities in Japan. The bathroom was big, and the tub was a nice size. We could see the city in our room, which was a nice touch. Very comfortable bed. I recommend staying at this hotel if you visit Kanazawa.

Perfect stay, rooms are big and spacious. The spa is very nice and useful. Would stay here anytime again.

If you don't book a room with the breakfast plan, you can't pay extra at the hotel. So you need to find another breakfast option outside.
