The location is good, is not far away from the station. The room is quiet at night, and will not be disturbed by the noise on the street or the neighbors. Besides, although the room is not very big, but there is a bathtub where you can rest and relax after walking for the whole day. The service is very good, with a very polite and caring attitude when serving us at the front desk. Last but not least, you could even store your luggage before the check-in time, and pick it up once you check-in. It provides us with a comfortable and convenient experience during our stay.

The sheet looks clean, but it causes a little bit of itchy after covering it for a couple of minutes. Maybe just the material of it is causing us to be allergic to it. But the overall staying experience is nice. We enjoy it :)

The hotel room is spacious, and the facilities are modern and clean.

The location requires a bit walk from the Sannomiya station, and for first timer Kobe visitors it can be overwhelming and confusing for them to carry a luggage and try to walk to the hotel from either the KIX-Sannomiya limousine drop off station or Sannomiya station itself. To future customers, please walk on the right side of the street to the hotel, otherwise when you come across the intersection where a overpass pedestrian bridge is present, you may find it difficult to cross with ease.

It's located within Kanazawa train station with a lot of eating places in the vicinity. ATMs close by. The staff is great, helpful. The room is small but clean, and the bed is comfortable. The hotel laundry is great. 400¥ for a small load or 500¥ for a standard load, but would need another 100¥ to dry the clothes properly. Great hotel room price for all those conveniences. The Castle Park is about half an hour walk. Great little bars around opening till very late.

Would be nice if we could have access to world or local news in English on TV.

Everything - very good value for money, good location (5-6 min walk from Sannomiya and less than 10 min from Shin Kobe station), very clean, friendly staff. I loved that it had a desk so I could work. The breakfast is in Matsuya, connected to the hotel and served huge breakfast, you can choose among 3-4 menus. Incredible value for money!

Everything was ok

The location is good, between Kobe Sannomiya and Shin-Kobe stations. I think this area is more attractive than near to Kobe Station. The room is quite confortable for its price. The breakfast, in Japanese style, comes with a lot of food.

I`m a milk man, so I miss the lack of milk in breakfast. Of course, in Japan you don`t expect a western style breakfast, but even so I missed that. No more to complain.

Close between Shinkansen Shin Kobe and JR stations - good place o stay when travelling. Stayed for one night and the place was up to the high Japanese hotel standards. Very comfortable, had everything that I needed to enjoy my stay. All additional toiletries and usable things are available downstairs in the hotel lobby so best to grab before going to the room in case you need something extra.

Good location for connections from Sannomiya and the station for the bullet train. We attended a family wedding in the area, and the location was very convenient for this. The breakfast is the cafe next door was sufficient, and the staff there were very helpful. Pleasant 20 min walk or so to the port area which was lovely.

Nothing really, small bedrooms, lack of hanging space for clothes, but this is quite the norm in a lot of Japanese hotels.

The hotel is located at a very convenient location for Kobe. The service, staff, the room, and the hotel were exceptionaly clean and everyone was lovely. The breakfast was OK, and was conveniently located in the restaurant next door.

The room was a bit on the small side and this is not an issue for a short trip but something to consider for longer stays. There was also no closet or shelves in the room and only wall hangers for you clothes.

The location was accessible to the major train station, plus there's a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The amenities were nice, and the experience was pleasant overall. Staff were really helpful.

Air conditioner was automatically set (heater mode), and the staff confirmed that it cannot be manually adjusted. So it was a bit uncomfortable because the room became too hot even with heater turned off. We decided to open the window, but it was too noisy outside. Had trouble sleeping the first night.

At first I found the bed a tat bit hard but in the end I had a very good night of sleep. For the laundry part they only have two machines for the whole building which is not enough and they were already taken when I arrived. Fortunately there is a 24h laundry shop right next to the hotel.
