the stay at the hotel was very comfortable. From the room on the 20th floor we had a beautiful view of the hills. The room was well set up and equipped. There was even a massage chair ;). Breakfasts in the room with a view of the port or the mountains were also very nice. The hotel is practically next to the train station, so everything was close. The stay in Kobe was the most relaxing during our trip to Japan.
There was little space in the corridor for suitcases. We advise you to take small luggage (in Japan, large luggage is a problem everywhere). When checking in, you may be surprised because the reception is on the 17th floor :).

We did not have breakfast in the hotel because we do not eat breakfast but the coffee pack offered is of good quality. The location is ideal and very convenient. This is our second time staying in this hotel. Their staff are very helpful and friendly. Our special thanks and appreciation for their hospitality staff Mr. Sakumoto and Miss Hamabe, they have made our stay much more enjoyable by helping to book my special restaurant and boat cruise. We could not manage without their kind assistance to communicate with the staff at the other end.
cannot think of anything that we did not like

the hotel is located in a very, very convenient location and due to its height is also a useful landmark to spot from most places in the centre of Kobe, amazingly efficient check-in/out service, lots of free complimentaries, a fantastic view of the city, and although the rooms are small, very much a standard in other bigger cities like Tokyo and Osaka. this one is well thought out, with a lot of useful information as well as Google cast services.
the restaurant upstairs is part of the hotel but the bar seems to be separate and charges an extortionate amount of money for a cover charge, probably because it has panoramic views of the hills and the sea.

The bathtub is deep, and can be filled up to the very top when soaking if desired, because the whole shower room is sealable with a drain for the shower portion. So the tub doesn't have a side drain that would let the water not fill past a certain point. There was also little pouches of bath powder to make the bath scented. Beds were comfy, I liked the memory foam pillow. The view from the higher floors is amazing.
It was a little strange to have a window from the bathroom into the bedroom portion, but there's a curtain you can pull down. I guess the intent is that you can look out through the bathroom window, and then out through the room window to see the city, but it just felt a bit weird.

Breakfast was very nice and had an amazing view of the city from the restaurant on the 29 floor! The rooms are typical Japanese rooms, modest accommodations but sized smaller than typical American rooms. The bathroom and water pressure were awesome!
Rooms did not have much room to walk around furniture but once you get acclimated to this small inconvenience, the rooms are quite comfortable. Wait times for the elevators during peak times were a little long so be sure to take that into consideration when you have a tight schedule.

Beautiful views, from both the lobby and the rooms. Rooms are very modern and well furnished. Ideal location, barely a 2 minute walk from Sannomiya station. Other than basic amenities, the hotel also offers an additional selection of free amenities (e.g. disposable eye mask, summer wet wipes) for travel and the stay.
If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. If you requested city/ocean view, you may be able to hear sounds from the station. Otherwise, nothing much.

I have stayed at this hotel several times while I was living in Japan, and this time I visited with my partner. When I told my partner hoow amazing it was I'm not sure he believed me, but after our stay he certainly did! The staff are incredible, so overy helpful. We asked them to help us send our lluggage to the airport and they helped us through the process carefully. The rooms are gorgeous, clean, and modern. The views are to die for, and the facilities are exceptional. I will come back to this hotel every time I am in Kobe, without questioon.

Opened the door and WOW! We had a corner room with an amazing view that included the mountains above Shin-Kobe Station and over to Osaka Bay. My wife was born in Osaka and went to school in Kobe, so we enjoyed looking at the landmarks from our 23rd floor room. We had windows on two sides that included a large picture window over the tub. Simply amazing views. Watching the trains come and go on the Hankyu, JR and other lines down below was like watching a model train display. The location was excellent, being right above the station. The beds were large and the bath was great in that it had a private water closet, a separate vanity area and of course the luxurious shower and bath. We have stayed at Remm Kyobashi in Tokyo several times before, but this one was superior. We love Remm's massaging chairs, and on this trip, we found they have detailed operating instructions on the T.V. interface in English (very helpful). We loved the small sitting area in one corner that looked out to the mountains. Simply a great choice for staying in Kobe.

Great hotel in the station. Close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. I discovered Kobe by foot. Clean and good equipped room. Comfortable bed and I also liked the massage seat in my room. Great sea view.
An option to make to bed and replenish the water without exchanging the towels, cleaning and collecting the trash would have been appreciated but other then that I really enjoyed my stay.

Although it may not be among the top 10 tallest buildings in Kobe, this newly opened high-rise hotel is a gem in its own right. Starting its operation in 2021, it brings a fresh and modern perspective to the city. Even as someone who isn't particularly enthusiastic about tall buildings, I was truly amazed by the wide open views and the sophisticated layout of this hotel. One feature that stood out to us was the attention to detail. The hotel provided free eye masks, which added a touch of luxury and helped ensure a restful night's sleep. Additionally, the in-room massage chair was a delightful surprise, offering a soothing experience after a long day of exploring. The location of the hotel is also incredibly convenient. You'll find yourself within easy reach of many attractions and amenities in Kobe. However, it's worth noting that if you're a light sleeper, wearing wireless noise-canceling earbuds could enhance your peace of mind and ensure a tranquil stay. During our visit, we regretfully stayed for only one night in two corner twin rooms to accommodate our family of four. However, I've learned my lesson and will definitely plan for a longer stay of at least two nights on my next visit to Kobe. This will give us ample time to fully explore the nearby Mt. Maya and Mt. Rokko, which are undoubtedly worth experiencing. In conclusion, I highly recommend this high-rise hotel in Kobe for its breathtaking views, thoughtful amenities such as the in-room massage chair and eye masks, and its convenient location. Make sure to allocate enough time to fully appreciate all that this hotel and the surrounding area have to offer. Whether you're a fan of tall buildings or not, you're bound to be impressed by the experience it provides.
One downside of the hotel is its location within the Hankyu Kobe-Sannomiya Station. If you plan to travel by car, unloading your luggage can be quite challenging as there are no dedicated temporary parking spaces for the hotel. This can be inconvenient and frustrating, especially if you have heavy bags or a lot of belongings to unload. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide some sort of temporary parking solution or guidance to ease the process for guests arriving by car.
