loved the breakfast absolutely worth it especially when there’s only those few restaurants to eat at and many of them don’t open early in the morning, they also sold ski passes there and also had a discount at a ski rental just beside the stay

the stairs to my room, there was no lift. after a long day skiing it can be tiring but no worries, its just one flight of stairs. the staff also helped me to carry my luggages up 🙌. maybe they could include a map of how to go to the skiing mountain (though it was nearby, it was my first time there and was a little confused where the entrance to the ski place was)

The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk to the Tsugaike ski resort, and also close to the shuttle station, which made exploring other resorts a breeze. Plus, there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious, and the dedicated ski equipment storage area was super convenient. Breakfast was a highlight, with both Japanese and Western options to choose from. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, making the experience even better.

Firstly the property is situated quiet strategic between all the restaurants and bus stops and ski slopes is just walking distance. Next was the amazing front desk that had assisted me throughout prior to check in. My flight got delayed, missed the connecting flight and I had to postpone a day and he was extreme accommodating and helped us as best possible! I am eternally grateful for the team that assisted me. It also has one of the biggest walk-in drying rooms ever and in house Onsen!

Great spot for skiing, a quick walk to the chairs. Excellent facilities, very clean. Great hosts. The breakfast is substantial and very good. Lots of options for all. An excellent ski locker and drying room. Easy access from the street. And a coin-op laundry. Rooms are spacious and the lounge area is great. Highly recommend the foot massage after a day on the mountain.

The location is really good, ~5-10 minutes walk from the gondola and lift. And many restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not fancy, but it's good and delicious, we like it a lot! There is a onsen in the hotel, which is awesome.

You will need to carry your luggage to your room via the stairs. There are stairs from the front door to the lobby, and stairs to the 2nd floor.

The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfasts were very good with a mix of Japanese and western dishes. The onsen was excellent.

Sleeping on the floor took a little getting used to, although it is good for the back. The lack of seating made it difficult to sit and read.

Accommodation was clean and comfortable. Rooms were a good size and had a view of the japanese alps. Had a ski storage room and drying room which was handy. Only accommodation we stayed in Japan with a drying room. Nice onsen which was good after days skiing. Location was about 3-4 min walk to ski lifts.

Loved the hot baths and rooms were clean and comfortable! Nice traditional futon and well heated!

Bit of noise coming from the road as they have to clear the snow throughout the night. Ear plugs provided at reception.

Amazingly clean. Friendly staff and the best breakfast we have ever had at a hotel! Genuine professional hosts who welcomed us and made the stay great. Facilities were excellent - drying room was perfect.

Bathroom linen could be updated.
