Close proximity to Shin-osaka Station. Twin room was clean and spacious; we not only had room to open suitcase & bags, there was even a decent size coffee table and 2 chairs to relax beside the window. Hotel provides fresh towels + bin liners + toothbrush set daily (in a bag hung on the door) even if you indicate no room cleaning needed. Staff were really hospitable and kind despite the language barrier. Breakfast was included - selection was good considering the affordable price.

The pillow was rather thin and I would have liked more than one per bed, but that's just my preference. Overall nothing to complain about. Good value for money.

Cleanliness, magnificent helpful stuff, fast and easy check-in & check-out, location (very close to Shin-Osaka station) and optimum requirements. Beside complimentary hot and cold drinks, we used ice cube machine, laundry, ironing device. Some small restaurants, GYM and massage services were within some walks away from the hotel. If you wish to rent a bike and explore the city, you can find a bike rental in Shin-Osaka station (Have in mind, just regular bikes, no gear or electric bikes).

Although Room 1407 had 23m area, but the design was not efficient to place our stuff. We stayed for 5 days and variety of breakfast was poor. No cheese of any kind and no refiling the breakfast stuff after 9:00. We couldn't find any English TV channel. No desk tour for helping visitors to plan their visits.

Honestly we were pretty dead from the long flight when we arrived, so I have little memory of the actual room :D But the hotel was perfectly located 5 min walk from Shin Osaka, enabling you to come directly from the airport. We were able to leave our bags before checkin at 3 pm, and the following day as well. The lounge available for customers downstairs is very appreciated, as there is a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine and flavoured water all available. We actually had a quick pot noodle here before leaving. As mentioned, no specific memory of the room, so it must have been as expected :) We ate at a restaurant in the same street at the hotel, there weren't many options for lunch but it was good!

The neighbourhood is very quiet, during the day and during the evening. There are not many restaurants or shops in the immediate surronudings, but a few streets away there are some ramen restaurants.

The property is conveniently located near shin Osaka. A bit tricky to find the first time. But I found that with all the hotels I stayed at on this trip. It’s a budget hotel. So no Bells and whistles. But staff is courteous. English is minimal. But you can manage. Room is basic, small like most Japanese hotels. But clean. Breakfast is included. However we did not eat. Didn’t like the selection. But no complaints as I wasn’t looking for a breakfast included room. It just happened to offer it by default. For the price the room was great.

I was very satisfied with the place. For the price. Location, hygiene. A good and safe place to sleep and shower. During the day we were out anyways.

Very friendly staff. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It is very near.to the Shin-Osaka train station (Shinkansen or "bullet train" station. Also, there are connecting/transfer stations close by for the JR Line and Osaka Metro. Additionally, there is a very convenient Airport.Bus drop off/pickup point at Shin-Osaka train station for the Osaka Itam Airport. Within just a couple of blocks, there are restaurants, convenient stores, fast food, and shops.

Not a particular bother, but being so close to train stations, you do hear passing trains, but it's not terribly loud at all. The hotel has Video on Demand with English language movies, but you must pay to be able to watch.

My partner and I only stayed here for one night but we enjoyed it very much! The staff were very very helpful and kind and we're able to communicate with us quite easily. The room and bathroom were clean and actually quite spacious and not too cramped. The luggage storage by the front desk is so so convenient for both check in and check out. The breakfast buffet was quite nice with a nice selection of items, perfect for a light breakfast. If you are the type of traveller who is going to be out and about exploring the area and pretty much just using the facilities and sleeping, we definitely recommend this place as its in a convenient location and its quite comfortable for a couple. Though is you are the type of traveler who enjoys relaxing in their hotel room, we recommend finding another place. Overall my partner and I could not recommend this place more, we enioyed it!

Absolutely nothing!

The location of the hotel was excellent for exploring Osaka and the surrounding area. It was in a quiet back street only a few minutes walk from Shin-Osaka station which made it very easy to get there from the airport and to get the metro to explore Osaka. We took the bullet train from there to Kyoto one day which was very cheap, fast and an amazing experience Staff were super polite and friendly. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of Japanese foods which we enjoyed trying. There were always eggs, fruit and yoghurt if you weren’t feeling adventurous! Luggage storage was available in the reception area on our final day which was really useful and saved us dragging our suitcases around the city as we had a late flight. Finally, it was very good value for money given its central location and facilities.

There was nothing not to like really. The room was smallish but large by Japanese standards. It’s worth noting that one side of the bed was close against the wall if you have mobility problems but we didn’t find it a problem. And there wasn’t a huge amount of storage for clothes etc.

The hotel was excellent staff very helpful (although little English) breakfast was great offering European and Japanese options. Location really great 2 minute walk to train. Plenty of places to eat in short proximity. Extremely clean and top quality linen. Room was good size and beds comfortable. Great value

It would have been great to have one reception staff fluent in English it was hard to understand the staff. As it was our first trip to Japan and we needed guidance. Bit saying this they went above and beyond to help us.
