This is a great hotel, very good value compared to similar hotels in the same area. Aesthetically, it feels like a modern take on a Japanese business hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. facilities are excellent - ice water machines on every level, large coin laundry, and its nice to have a traditional bath in a modern hotel. The breakfast buffet was a highlight. Good mix of western and Asian cuisine, and the kitchen staff run the place like a well oiled machine. Coffee machine that can do more than just hot or ice coffee. Family mart just around the corner if you need a late night snack. Restaurants and izakayas just on the other side of the over pass when you want dinner.

If I have one complaint it would be the location isn't as convenient as the map lead me to assume. It LOOKS close to Osaka station, but its probably a 15-20 minute walk depending on which exit you come out (and just finding your way out of the station is a bit of a nightmare). It's just a bit far if you're dragging a heavy suitcase after a long flight. It's also about 5-10 minute walk to the nearest metro station(s), so if you're planning to PT around the city you'll have to factor in some walking.

I like location of hotel. It is near Umeda Station. Streets around the hotel are lively with a bunch of restaurants and shops. Room was fine, sink in bathroom could be bigger.  Breakfast was ok.

We did not fully understand how room cleaning is functioning. I think it cloud be briefly explained during check in. Also, vending machines are weird. They only vash for 30 minutes. When I added more money with attention to prolong the time, it just took it and did nothing.  So, I needed to add more money again after it finished. As I see everybody was starting mashine twice because of the short cleaning time.

Good facilities with onsen

Didn’t love the location, had to catch cabs each time to get into Dotonburi so wouldn’t stay again based on the location

This hotel is outstanding in every aspect an hotel could offer.. the room was always very clean and the cleaning staff were always smiling and friendly.. The reception staff were also very welcoming and very helpful indeed.. nothing seemed too much trouble.. the room itself was very clean and comfortable. The was an added bonus that just a few feet away from the hotel was a metro station.. very handy indeed.. the hotel also offered a breakfast service and although I didn't try the facility was there.. tea, coffee and fruit drinks were also offered free of charge withing the breakfast area for most of the day.. this hotel is HIGHLY recommended.. I would love to return there one day

Nothing..al was very good

This hotel is conveniently located in Osaka! There’s great restaurants and mini marts within a short walking distance. In terms of a good night’s sleep, this hotel was the very best out of all four hotels I stayed at while in Osaka. The rooms are pretty small, but I got used to it pretty quickly. People often complain about mattresses in Japan being too firm, but for my personal flavor of back pain, they’re actually quite comfortable. I do bring my own small travel pillow with me however. They give you super cute Japanese style pajamas that you can also purchase at the front desk. They have a fresh squeezed orange juice machine in the laundry room that is addictive and perfect after taking an onsen bath. The onsen is lovely! Feels very clean and peaceful. I visited it many times on my stay. Not all rooms have private bathtubs, so make sure to request one if you want that. Mine I had a bathtub, but my friend’s did not. The breakfast is good, but more rotation/variety would be nice. Still, it’s good and I enjoyed it. The staff are lovely, helpful and kind. I have no complaints about this hotel and would definitely stay here again while in Osaka!

The hotel was newly renovated. The staff members were professional and friendly. You could find convenience stores nearby. It was very convenient that we could reserve for breakfast on some specific days, which was flexible.

It took us more than 10 minutes to walk from the closest Metro station to the hotel, which I knew before I reserved the rooms. The weather was too hot so we took a taxi instead. If you would like to visit Osaka in the summer, please take note of it before making reservations.

Room was spotless, good breakfast with a nice variety of options (both Japanese and Western options, particularly Western options compared to other hotels we stayed). The hotel also offers nice amenities like tea, pajamas, slippers, toothbrushes, etc. Great location, 5 minute walk from Osaka/Umeda station. There are lots of restaurants and entertainment options nearby. We liked the public bath, it has a fairly sized tub, a sauna and a small cold-water tub. It was a great way to relax after a a full day of walking around Osaka. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Nothing to point out.

Staff was very nice. Free drink machines in the small venue near the lobby (coffee, tea, soda, water, etc.). Rooms were large, clean and had everything required. Laundry on the 2nd floor is very nice to have. 10-15 mins from Osaka station by foot.

Not much really... at this point it is small details... water bottles in the room would be nice. The tv is quite old and does not allow streaming services (i.e. netflix) to be used. Got used to getting our bags brought to our room when we left them prior to check-in. DETAILS only to make perfect.

The room was very clean and comfy. The room size is just right for two person and consider spacious compared to other hotels in Japan. It comes with a sofa by the window and even equipped with a small fridge. we used it for our beverages bought from conveninece stores. Love the public bath at this hotel. Staff were very friendly.

It is located quite a distance from subway station. We need to walk for around 10mins from station to reach the hotel everyday after our whole shopping day, which can be quite tiring. but thanks to the public bath and bath tub in the room. you can relax and rest well.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel. The onsen bath (for women) was excellent, I enjoyed it. The room was clean, we had one at a height, so the view from the window was really nice - with the city lights and all. There were some drinks and snacks if you paid a bit, we tried that and liked it. All in all, the stay was good - the staff was polite and helpful, I would recommend this to others! Yes, it is a bit of a walk but it was completely okay for my husband and I, as we like walking. If you're carrying suitcases with you - it could be a bit much.
