Near Osaka and Umeda Metro station. Staff were friendly and polite. Safe-kept my luggage pre check-in. As the whole hotel is a cylindrical design, the room had an interesting look. Amenities and furnishings felt luxurious. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. The hotel also had a convenience store, vending machines, many restaurants and even several clinics. Wish i could stay for longer to check everything out! 100% would stay again!

The hotel was rather confusing to get to due to the road works and lack of ample lift access within the metro station. For easy access, cut through the porte-cochère of Hilton Hotel instead of going around the Hilton.

Very central location as it’s right next to the airport limousine bus and within less than 5 mins, you can walk to the Osaka station to catch the JR train or Osaka metro subway lines. On the main floor, you’ll find a Family Mart convenience store and Starbucks.

It’s an older building so I found the temperature of the room on the warmer side. They provide one of those portable cooling units in the room which did help a little bit. There is no fan in the bathroom so it gets quite warm/humid after showers. Also, if you have allergies, be aware they use down quilts and pillows (not sure if you can request alternatives at the front desk).

Clean and friendly place, everything was straightforward with check in, you will need some elementary Japanese but not much. There is a Family Mart in the Maru Building so you won't miss out on breakfast if you sleep in!

It's right next to Osaka station, which is safe and clean but it's not very fun to be around a huge multi-level shopping centre. This one is strictly for the business travellers, tourists should head downtown.

Older, no frills hotel - but no wear was showing. Room was larger than equivalent at same price (which was very reasonable considering it was right outside Osaka’s main train station). I was on the 28th floor and it was extremely quiet. Very comfortable bed. View was pretty good too. Starbucks in the lobby.

Pillows too soft, no support for your head. I stuffed a towel inside to compensate. Overall, nothing else to complain about.

Good location near several train stations. Short walks to stations for USJ/Aquairum/Dontonbori etc.. Starbucks and FamilyMart on bottom floor. Rooms/beds were larger than many other Japanese hotels which are usually pretty small. Staff was nice with umbrellas for guests on the days it rained.

close by to the station, the hotel stands out so once you find it you honestly cant miss it. staff was nice and helpful. they were able to have your luggage sent to our next location too! there is a Starbucks and 711 right outside and lots of places to eat and explore around. what are you waiting for? book now!!

hotel is centrally located to hundreds of restaurants and subway is just a stones throw away. So near and you’re right in the middle of Osaka’s main district!!!! love the location!!!!!

hotel should include bfast with the hotel rate.They also should include a gym, sauna and spa.

The location was fantastic. Near to the major transportation hub and directly connect via the underground subway connections.

Can be easy to get lost in the subway malls getting to the hotel. Room was quite small but enough for the 3 super single sized beds for my family of 4.

room is a bit small, but it Japanese Standard in the heart of city like osaka. staff was nice and helpful however, most of supervisor and manager were a bit rushy with foreigner guest. too confident. language barrier.

Room looks welcoming. Everything I needed was there, made my stay so comfortable.

only thing I wish is I was given a room that is not near to the lift service. It can be a bit noisy in the morning when the staff move their pushcarts/trolleys in and out
