Great location, spacious (for Japan) room, very comfortable, fantastic cosmetics, you can pick up face mask and bath bombs downstairs, together with face cream and such. Big bathtub, comfortable bed, we are very happy

it was a bit far to the closest train station, but you can easily walk to the center

Clean and modern hotel. Our room was spacious compared to other hotels we have stayed in Japan, very comfortable with a separate toilet and bathroom which is most convenient. We opted to have breakfast included and they have a choice of Japanese or Western which when we visited was a fresh sandwich, cereals, hot drinks and juices for the Western option which we thought was good value for money. Excellent location for visiting the city or for day trips.

The area was convenient but there were also love hotels in the vicinity which may be off putting for some.

Great location within the Entertainment District. Walking distance to the train station. All the amenities you would expect with tea and coffee making facilities in your room. Useful laundry with wash & dry in one machine so you dont have to wait to take it out of the wash and transfer to a dryer. Dispenses soap included in the price. Food, food and more food both above ground shopping city or the Whity Umeda underground shopping mall.

We stayed for 5 nights and packaged their breakfast. Nice but only choice of either western or Japanese set. Same sandwich every morning was a bit ordinary but made it up at the Whity Umeda Underground Mall

We had a really comfortable stay at Umeda Holic hotel. The staff is so kind and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, and the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The hotel also provides complimentary drinks (tea, lemonade) and snacks for the guests. Our room was not large but it was just fine for 2 people. Everything worked well in the room - you can even cast on the TV. The location is about a 15 min walk to the closest subway station and the main Osaka/Umeda train station. There are a lot of restaurants and convenience stores close by. Would recommend this hotel!

The location is not very close to train stations but if you don't mind a 15 min walk, then it's just fine.

The hotel is located near to Osaka Umeda station, which is a great starting points to Osaka sightseeing. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom was equipped with a big bathtub. The breakfast was nice, though a bit repetitive. The hotel offers all what you need for a good stay.

The room was a little dusty (especially the window shutters). The breakfast was nice but a bit repetitive, as there were only two options to pick from. One remark on sustainability, the hotel didn’t give a choice to keep the towels for longer than one day, fresh towels were delivered daily (I asked to keep towels for longer but still received fresh ones)

We really enjoyed our stay at Umedaholic Hotel! It has a youngish, hip vibe and the rooms are nicely done up. Really loved the fact that they provided everything we needed, e.g. easy access to laundry, easily available amenities (loved the little touches like providing mouthwash and face masks), and even some really yummy snacks and drinks at the lobby. Staff were also very helpful and friendly; they remembered my request for a quiet room (in fact it seems in general it's a good location as we didn't get any noise whatsoever), and also were helpful with my questions.

I really enjoyed my stay here, I wanted something a little bigger and the room exceeded my expectations. The bed was super comfy and even though the neighbourhood is a little noisy at night, I had a really great sleep. The bathroom is a wet room which I enjoyed and the staff are really lovely and helpful. There is also a Lawsons and 7/11 in walking distance so was great being able to stock up on water and snacks using my mini fridge in the room. Also Osaka station is a good 10 to 12 minute walk.

It was a little bit of a walk from Osaka Station and travelling alone, I felt a little unsafe at night but I just made sure to return at a reasonable time as the streets aren't well lit and there's bars nearbys so you'll bump into a drunk person or two.

It's a modern hotel with a kind of hostel feel? In the way it feels social and friendly, but your own space. Every day they have free drinks and snacks in the reception area for guests to help themselves to. Also the amenities for your room are available to take any time from the same place rather than being in your room, so you take only what you need. Love it. The cost of food and drink is very reasonable, and they have comfy couches in the bar area to relax. A big wet room in your room, space to put your suitcases under the bed, new towels every day, a coin operated laundry, it was all very easy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

The location could've been better, it felt like it was down the back streets of Umeda, and the closest train stations were a 10-15 minute walk away. Not terrible but can be frustrating. The wallk from Osaka station felt a bit long and messy as the main crossing from there had roadworks so it wasn't as direct as it could be. Unsure if there's a more direct walk when roadworks are finished or not.

Its good location , 10 minutes walk from Osaka train station and subway . Lots of little restaurants and convenience stores where we were getting our meals including breakfast. In the reception they have whole skin routine - little sachets with face cream , tonner , face cleanser etc. Also tea bags and instant coffee as well as water and ice dispenser. You could plug in the TV in the room with your own Netflix or Youtube . Nice walk in shower in the bathroom ( also complimentary toiletries) , and separate toilet. Neighborhood is rather quiet so we didnt have problems with sleeping.Room had 2 windows , plenty of light and air.Beds were comfortable with nice bedding.

Room on rather small side but maybe its just japanese standard , also I was under impression that carpet wasnt vacuumed properly ( I found few times long dark hair which wasnt ours for sure)
