Great value for money and very clean hotel. Room was slightly bigger than the usual business hotel. Cleaning staff were great! Love how even if you chose no room cleaning, the cleaning staff will leave new towels at your door daily!

Not as close to the metro station as anticipated. No elevator from the metro station to street level and lots of stairs. Not recommended for the elderly or handicapped. Also not the easiest to find initially, luckily some friendly locals showed us to the hotel. About 20-30 minutes walk to Shinsaibashi.

The location was a bit far out but very close to the subway station. The cleaning staff did a very good job when we requested clean up service and our stay was comfortable. The hot water always came out straight away which was nice as the weather was really cold. There were many restaurants nearby. Easy to take public transport from this hotel and only about 1 hour away from the Kansai airport.

It took 30 mins to walk to the busy Dotonburi area and lots of stairs in the subway station. (Exit 15 we found was the closest to the hotel). The room was really really small and I think taller people would have a difficult time staying in the room.

This is a no-frills hotel with a laundromat and a restaurant serving buffet breakfast. We liked these extra touches: pjs (changed daily), padded slippers (provided daily), an in-room air purifier and a portable vanity mirror. Having left for Kyoto and returned, we stayed in two different, upper-floor rooms. Both rooms were clean and wifi signal was strong. Location-wise, offices and St. Regis are in the vicinity of the hotel, as are yakitori restaurants, a bakery, 7-Eleven and Family Mart. WBF is under 10 minutes by foot from Hommachi metro station (Midosuji, Chuo and Yotsubashi Lines; Namba is two stops away). Tip: Exit 15 staircase leads to the hotel, or if you have heavy luggage, use Exit 16 (escalators) which is inside a building across the road from Exit 15.

Rooms are rather small (possibly because of the hotel location in a business area) and hardly soundproof (one night, we heard people from the next door talk and laugh heartily). The bathroom sits on a raised platform and I tripped several times upon entering :(

The room whilst small was comfortable. The hotel is located near a freeway but you couldn't tell and was quiet at night. The cleaning was excellent and came everyday. Well located with a 15/20 min walk to Dotonbouri but loads of amazing little restaurants and cafes as well was shopping closer to the hotel. Also very close to station.

The rooms/hotel was really hot and difficult to cool down even with the aircon (even in mid-winter). Bathroom was definitely dated and the door opened into the room causing us to keep opening the door and hitting someone by accident.

Hotel itself is almost perfect. Staff is amazing. They have breakfast option which we opted for to ease things for us and did'nt regret it. We asked for another card and got it immediately. Cleaning service is also doing great work.

Room. We booked twin beds but there was literally no space left in the room because of them. No enough space for putting your belongings\clothes beside your bed. Table is just for a check, usability pops questions)) Hotel itself is great, but room 601 for 2 people is not :) Everything else was great though

Very clean and I was given a nice room at the top of the hotel all the way in the corner. I also had a great view of Osaka. Breakfast was also very good. Location semi convenient, you have to walk a bit to get to the train station but if you want to explore the Amerikamura and Dotounbori area, this is a good location. Room was spacious and I overall had a pleasant stay. Breakfast also was very good with a variety of dishes to choose from.

I felt the staff were a bit robotic in their interactions. I have stayed in many hotels throughout Japan and they were probably too accustomed to tourists? Who knows. It's like they did not want to be there. For a similar price, you can go to hotels with a bigger star rating though.

Beds and room were comfortable, small but enough room for our large luggage. Bathroom was nice and clean with a deep tub, and although water was not provided there was a vending machine downstairs. Staff was very friendly and they even had adapters for chargers since mine wasn't working. They took care of our luggage after check-out as well. Location was quiet but with good restaurants and the station nearby: it was easy to get to from the Osaka Airport, easy to get to Dotonburi/Shinsekai, and easy to go up to Osaka-Umeda as well.

The staff are nice and kind. The room is very clean and the beds are cozy. Room service is also amazing. The location is just 5 minutes walk from the subway station. The elevator with a pass card improves security.

The check-in time is 3 pm. That is understandable, however, the check-out time is 10 am. It is a little bit early compared with other hotels I have been to in other countries and there is no free water, only the ice maker with free ice is available.

We had a very pleasant stay at WBF Hommachi. The location was perfect, few minutes to the metro station and lots of attractions within walking distance. Friendly staff, the room was very clean with all the necessary amenities and it was very cozy despite its small size. We will definitely choose WBF Hommachi when we will return to Osaka. Recommend!
