Fairly good location - 8 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. The capsules were very clean and well equipped. We loved the sento (public bath), where you can find very good quiality shampoo/conditioner/body soap, as well as fancy blow dryers, they also have hair curler iron which you can request at front desk. The toilet, shower booth and washing area were kept clean and tidy all the time. There is also a relaxing area at ground floor where you can make coffee/tea. Also loved that man and woman are completely separated.

Nothing to do with the property, but completely depending on who else is staying there - toilet doors were not shut after use. Since the toilet flushes automatically, leaving the doors open means this could wake up other people while flushing, and unpleasant smell might escape the toilet

The hostel was in a great location super close to the main osaka area and next to heaps of stores and vintage shops. They also supply cleansing oil, cleanser and body moisturiser in the bathroom so its well stocked. The pods are also like full rooms with enough room for a suitcase laying down.

I didn't love how I had to use the stairs when I first arrived with my big suitcase, it turns out there was a lift for the staff but that isn't mentioned, so definitely ask them to help you grab your bag with the lift.

Great place to stay in convenient location. The capsule rooms are spacious and comfortable with power, lights, privacy curtain, storage cupboard, hangers, and a small safe. Bathrooms are modern and spotlessly clean. The public bath is small but also super clean and the water nice and hot. Clean towels are provided everyday and all the toiletries you need. I really liked the pyjamas too. The dining area with microwave and free tea/coffee/water was a great space if you want to bring your own food in.

The only lockable storage is the safe which is good for passport, money and small items but there is no other locker for other possessions (eg. Laptop/tablet) or luggage.

The location was a short 10 minute from a major train station with several train lines. There is also a very long shopping street about 2 blocks away which made it convenient to find something to eat at night. This is probably one of the cleanest hostels I’ve ever been in and the room was quite big.

It was so cold in the main part of the room (surprisingly warm in the individual room). I’m pretty sure that coldest got me sick. They do provide extra blankets by the elevators but it got really hot with both blankets on.

I don't think any capsule can get better than this. - definitely leaps above cramped, single bed capsules/bunks that you can barely sit up in. The advantage of a capsule room is that the shared facilities, i.e. showers, bathroom can be especially nice, better than a regular room at a business hotel. When there isn't many people using them, it's like a luxury room in a regular hotel. This place strikes a great balance between comfort and price.

The lobby being on 2F up some stairs is slightly annoying at check-in, but if you have a lot of luggage you can go up and tell staff to have them assist you. If your capsule is on top, the ladder to get to it has narrow steps. Make sure to go slowly

I like the location, you can walk to town and enjoy a late night. It is near train stations. There is towel change everyday, and they provide pajamas wear. Since they cater to local Japanese who stay the night, they provide everything you need such as toothbrush, shavers, etc. They provide a small digital safe.

You can hear people using the shower and toilet. Walls are thin and you can hear people snoring and people moving about. If you are a light sleeper, you will not like it. You need to walk a flight of steps to the 2nd floor to use the elevator to your rooms.

Very clean and the capsule was so spacious you'd forget it's a capsule. The staff was nice and kept my luggage after checkout. Interesting art in the rooms and there was a tiny public bath space too!

The pillow was a bit too high and hard. There is no washing machine on the sight though there is a coin laundry nearby. No morning coffee and you need to buy something outside. The showers were in the same space as the beds. I arrived at 11 pm and felt bad to take a shower and disturb everyone sleeping. I washed my hair the next morning as I thought using the drier at that hour would have been really rude. I wish there was a door to separate the showering space.

The location is close to the street shop and Dotonbori. Staff is kind and welcoming. The room was pretty small but it was okey for me. Not too many space to take clothes in the cabine. I had stayed 5 nights so it was inconvenient to pack my stuff and souvenirs but it was my fault to not be organised.

For a solo traveler who’s 20 it wasn’t a “sure place” because of places where you can drink, clubbing and more. But it was okay. The location is in a place where you can see drunk people and many groups of boys smoking. So better to take principal street to avoid these situations.

Best little 'capsule' room - enough space for a short stay. I stayed one night but would've stayed a few nights quite happily. It's a little tricky to keep things secure as the safe deposit is small and it is only a curtain to 'close' the space so I was a bit hesitant as I had my laptop and other items there and that makes me uncomfortable. But all was well and I enjoyed my stay and got up early to use the onsen. I particularly like how men and women are completely separated - separate sleeping floors, elevator, onsen. Makes everything feel more chill. I appreciated all the little amenities including free miso and tea in the common space on the ground floor - and you can borrow umbrellas. Its a good overnighter for sure.

I, personally, would prefer to be able to secure the capsule space as I was travelling with some very valuable things. It may not bother some other people. All in all it was fine but just one of those things that made me feel a bit uncomfortable when I was out (and didn't want to carry my work laptop around with me). Nothing else to add as it is a great space to stay in all other ways.

New hotel and it was kept absolutely spotless, with great amenities. The rooms were very spacious for a cube hotel, I stayed 5 nights and was very comfortable as a large Westerner. Nice staff. I loved being able to use the onsen with my large tattoos.

I only mention it because the place is so close to perfect- it would be great if the lights were dimmed at night so you could leave your curtain open a bit for the aircon.
