very clean and pleasant accommodation, everything inside was fine.

Very difficult to find during day, impossible to find at night. No street number, no outside lights on, no identification placard like it shows on the reviews. Even the banners hung on door were different. I was standing right in front of it and still couldn’t identify it. They refer to a key pad but there is none. It’s really a key lock box. A neighbor finally helped us - very frustrating. Location is a long way from anything interesting, nice covered shopping nearby however.

Location was good , close to local market and shopping and transport. Good space for a family with separate bedrooms.

Could get the air con to work, no instructions on how to use it. Also didn't know there was construction opposite the house.

The house was very clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful stay for our family of 5. About a 5-8 minute walk to the subway, the house is located right across from a grocery store. Would like to see a dryer machine for laundry - had to hang clothes to dry after a washer.

- Price was good for a whole house in quite a central Osaka city location. Hosts responded quickly and were very polite. - Decent size bathtub by Japanese standards. - Pretty comfy good sized beds and pillows - No neighbours, as adjacent houses seemed to be empty.

- Front door is kinda old and broken. It's quite difficult to lock it with a key unless you get the hang of it. - Kitchen is very barebones and tiny with some ancient shelve unit being the only furniture. - Kettle was leaking and we had to boil water in a pan for like 4-5 days. We got a replacement kettle 2 days before check out. - Living room table is fiddly and unstable, maybe worth having a look before it falls apart. - House layout is super wierd, there's no toilet or shower room upstairs. If you sleep in upper bedroom and you happen to want to use a toilet you'll have to use stairs and also cross a whole house which takes a while to be fair, especially in the middle of the night - Huge building site infront of the house - Area is a bit poor and run down, lots of old people looking homeless.

Inside, the house is well appointed and generously spaced by Japanese standards. The beds were very comfortable and the interior of the house was very clean. It's really quite a nice house, but....

On arrival, entry to property was blocked by garbage piled on the front doorstep. When I advised the owner/s and asked for its removal they advised that garbage collection for the area was the following day and it remained on the doorstep until the following afternoon. Even after its removal a dirty nappy was left on the front doorstep - Eew. From noises in the ceiling and walls it seems the local rat population enjoy the supply of garbage. It would also be helpful to know for those unfamiliar with Osaka that Nishinari is more 'earthy' than your typical Japanese neighborhood. It's worth a googling before booking.

Lots of room for a family traveling. Nice furnishings and comfortable

Location isn’t the best area. The house was clean but the kettle was broken and there was an unpleasant smell in the upstairs rooms.

The house is OK, quite roomy with three bedrooms, in decent condition and clean. The company agreed to pay a partial refund for the disturbance caused by the construction site next door.

There was a massive demolition site directly across the road from the house - 3 meters from bedroom windows. Power drill and caterpillar noise started around 8:30 in the morning and was deafening. The company said they did not know about the site - fair enough, but it is their job to be informed of such matters. The construction project is quarter of a block in size and likely to last a year so it is not any minor job which could go unnoticed. Despite being gentrified fast, the area, although well connected, is still very run-down and poor. This was the only place in Japan where we did not feel fully safe in evenings. The surroundings are ugly and there is no green space whatsoever close by.
