Property is almost in the heart of Osaka and have lots of attractions close by. It’s beautiful and staff is so humble and helpful. Breakfast was so delicious and healthy at the same time.

Rooms are not big they are actually quite congested. If you have two luggages with you then it becomes a little problematic because the space is very small. No Netflix No YouTube so take your HDMI cable with you if you’re a fan of watching TV. They don’t clean rooms everyday but they do clean them about in 3 or 4 day. However they provide you bath towels everyday. Bathroom is small and two person will be able to brush at the same time.

The room is small (as to be expected) but spotlessly clean and the bed is extremely comfortable. I traveled with my pet (dog) and they had thought about everything that I could possibly need for him in the room, which was greatly appreciated. The location was great as well and breakfast delicious. Price-quality for a stay with a pet, this would be my recommendation for Osaka and we would definitely stay here again.

I was asked to pay an extra fee for the dog upon arrival. This annoyed me since I specifically booked a room for a single person with a pet, so it would have been better to just add this into the total price instead of it being an added-on cost. Or to mention it somewhere on the profile page. Pets are not allowed to be on the lead in the hotel but need to stay in their crates and are only allowed out of their crates in your room. I think this might be normal in Japanese pet-friendly hotels, but it does not feel very pet friendly.

Very nice room with a great view and great facilities. Breakfast was provided and the staff were exceptionally helpful. Cleaning was also performed to a very high standard. The hotel has a great location too, and is 10 minutes walk from Sakuranomiya station that lets you get on the Osaka loop line.

The breakfast does stop a little bit early (9am), so it might be a disadvantage if you're a traveller who is out late and is sleeping in the next morning.

Great value for money. I always look for toyoko inn hotels when I travel since the rooms are clean and amenities are provided.

Staff couldn't speak English at all. It would really help if they can speak some English especially with the influx of tourists in japan.

Spotless clean, being small in stature room size is ideal for double with a child. Very quiet airconditioning. Nice room smell. Breakafast is enough to tide you over until lunch because they are not very strict with take away while enjoying the sights

This is a fantastic hotel, clean, comfortable and spacious. Very good and healthy breakfast. The breakfast ladies are lovely women, always at your service. You couldn't get a better hotel for the price and I travelled overseas often. There are lots of restaurants and eateries around. The train station is around 10 minutes walk away.

The room was spacious and clean. There are free bathrooms amenities which you can use. The people at reception desk were kind and helpful. In addition, breakfast was excellent. I suggest this place anyone who would like to visit Osaka.
