The rooms are beautiful and generously sized. Cool curved hallway and large windows. The premium lounge is a steal! If you book a room on floors 11-13, you have access to a lounge each night that offers drinks and small bites.

Location was in a very business-oriented part of town, so not much nightlife. But very close to a convenient metro stop, so pretty easy to get to other parts of Osaka.

It is a hotel not a cabin. This is a very compact hotel room but there is at least a small place to hang your clothes and room to open the suitcase. It is half the size of an American hotel room but there are smaller than this in Japan (and bigger if you want to pay more). If you like breakfast the hotel buffet, or bakery are the best options. The location is perfect for Tenjin Matsuri. The hotel is a sponsor. The shrine is a couple of blocks away and we could see the parades from our room (it was much better to watch on the street. After the fireworks at the river it was not a bad walk back to the hotel. There is a grocery store across the street and 100s of stores and places to eat on the Tenjinbashisuji a block away. Tip: The closest exit from the train station is right at the hotel. However, it doesn't have an escalator. Use one that does if you have luggage.

The fridge does not keep drinks cold. If you don't have a room key in the switch the lights and even toilet doesn't work. There are only 3 washing machines shared by the entire hotel. Clothes do not dry in the room. So you have to use the coin laundry.

The breakfast was definitely one of the best I have seen in japan, and the amenities are the same. We received free face masks, a spf, toner, bath salt, and others from the reception. The lobby was spacious, and we could leave our luggage there for a few hours after checkout. Great deal

There sometimes was a queue when waiting to get a table for breakfast. Waiting is not usually a problem, except for when you are reminded at 9:50 that breakfast will close in 10 minutes, and you did not finish drinking your coffee yet because you waited in line 20minutes. But these are just details, and they really dont affect your stay too much.

The location was very convenient as the hotel was right next to the train station which made going to all the places we wanted to visit very straightforward. The room was decently sized and the beds, although a little small, were quite comfortable. The breakfast was tasty but the menu items did not change much and did not have that many options. But, for the price point, it was worth what we paid.

We went during summer so there were mosquitos in the room we stayed in. My partner, brother and I got bitten several times throughout the night during our stay which was a bit annoying. This wasn't an issue in the other hotels we stayed at.

Great location and clean hotel room. Near to subway station and AEON is just opposite. 7-11 nearby and it’s a nice area to venture out too! Have a long walking street with plenty of eateries and bar and shops.. Good selection of breakfast spreads, Hotel staff are friendly especially staff working in breakfast cafe, they are attentive and friendly. Daily housekeeping offers by hotel but should you declined, a bag of amenities consisting of bottle water and towels will be placed outside your room door. A wide selections of other personal care items placed in lobby should you need them.

In case of raining, hotel doesn’t have a drop off and pick up area if you book a private car/ transfer especially if you have to load baggage.

Clean facilities, well designed hotel, helpful staff, great location just one stop from the main Umeda shopping area and with 7 eleven and a 24 hour supermarket right beside/opposite the hotel. Tenjibashi is very nearby with plenty of food options get away from the big crowds. Free amenities at the counter was a nice touch.

There will be some fire engine / ambulance sounds due to the area. However, as long as ur windows are shut tight (there are instructions to show you how to close them tight) the sounds are definitely not disruptive. Some of the rooms have a bit of an uneven flooring, but doesn’t affect anything except that it feels just slightly unbalanced.

The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel’s location is superb, with grocery stores and restaurants just a short walk away. Multiple subway stations are conveniently located only a few steps from the hotel, making it easy to get around. Housekeeping provided an impressive level of service, leaving fresh towels and supplies outside our door whenever we opted out of cleaning, a thoughtful and unique touch that I experienced for the first time.

The room felt a bit cramped for the three of us, but the bathroom was nice. It included a bathtub, a separate shower and an enclosed toilet, offering both comfort and privacy.

Facilities were very clean and comfortable - rooms were a good size. Buffet breakfast was exceptional - so many well presented and tasty food options! Overall the stay was extremely good value for money. Being in a location next to a subway station made the hotel very accessible and a good central point to base ourselves during our time in Osaka. .

Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, however we did note a minor negative during our time - Some (not all) of the staff at reception were not very friendly/receptive, sometimes even going as far as ignoring us when we were in the foyer. These interactions gave us a "stuffy", almost "classist" impression of the general 'vibe' within the hotel.

Staff were efficient and spoke good English. We had a Premier room on the 12th floor which gave us free drinks from 4-9pm in the breakfast room. It was nice having a couple of drinks here while watching the activity on the street below. Room itself was fine, not huge. It was serviced daily. The lobby was classy with large windows fronting onto the main road. Very close to the underground station and a brilliant supermarket opposite. The breakfast had a huge choice. I wouldn't call it a big tourist area, so lots of restaurants and shops nearby used mainly by locals - which were good fun exploring. We walked to Osaka Castle in less than 30 minutes.

Unable to store suitcases under the bed (which we could do in some other Japanese hotels), which made the room very cluttered and messy. This hotel is on a very busy junction and the sound proofing to the external wall and window is poor. The noise from the traffic below during the night (racing motorcycles, lots of ambulances with sirens, fire engines with loud speakers) kept us awake. On the third night I asked if there was a room available away from the road, but there wasn't, so that night I slept with my big sound cancelling headphones on. I don't recall reviewers mentioning the noise when I was reading reviews at the time of booking - so maybe it's just us. It's a pity because everything else about the hotel we liked.

Its very clean and very convenient location easy in and out from metro station. Staff is always smiling and very kind. Wifi works very well. Room was small but big enough so didnt bother.

As i shared also with reception as an improvement point to correct it for the future, the restaurant where they serve breakfast supposed to be walk in wo any reservation and they sit you to the table with small card to locate on the table during your breakfast so others can get that table is occupied then you hand that card over to the staff while leaving the restaurant. However they had just reserved the table as the gentleman told me its already occupied and i could not sit there; however local lady came in after 45 mins. Hence its clear that some of the staff is reserving some tables for “some” customers. But still would come back im sure they will improve themselves. And they were so positive also while receiving the complaint.
