I love the location and how easy it is to get around - super near the stores like Mega Donki, Daiso, malls and Konbinis! The hotel in itself is nice and clean, room is okay, I mean relatively (slightly) bigger than in Tokyo or maybe other hotels of the same calibre. They said they won't make up your room until a specific day only (except for taking out trash and changing towels) but they still do make sure your room is clean and decent after a long day of exploring outside.

I couldn't think of any - we definitely loved our stay and will definitely recommend and go back!

Good and convenient location. Airport bus from Chitose stops just opposite the hotel. Buses to JR Sapporo station pick up outside hotel. The streetcar line is on a parallel main street. Very close to shops and tourist attractions in Sapporo - Tanukikoji, Odori park, Nijo fish market, Clock Tower, TV Tower. Underground walkway just a couple of minutes away goes all the way to JR Sapporo station and connects with the Subway lines at Susukino and Odori. Quiet room on 10th floor with good facilities and amenities, modern and clean. Room ventilation is good with self-controlled temperature setting. Separate portable air purifier also provided as well as a clothes deodouriser spray. Good WiFi throughout property. Good TV signal but only Japanese programs on BS and CS. In room safe, small fridge, kettle, cups, tea bags. Slippers and pyjamas provided. Self-service laundry facilities on ground floor. Complimentary coffee and tea in open seating lobby/dining area. Can bring own food and eat in dining area or buy breakfast which is a set menu. Complimentary snack each day, varies depending on season. Very friendly and helpful concierge staff, a few can speak English. On two occasions they went out of their way to help. The first was when we asked where to take the bus to Sapporo station, the concierge staff went to the trouble of printing out the bus schedule for us. The next was when the concierge staff kindly helped us set the destination on the car navigation system. Lockable storage area in front of concierge for leaving luggage prior to check-in or after check-out for later pickup. Complimentary umbrellas provided for rainy days.

Some things to note - a single restroom on ground floor for male/female so if in a hurry, need to go back to own room. Comfortable bed but only a single pillow per bed provided. While there isn't any car parking on-site, paid parking nearby is readily available close by.

This seemed to be a fairly new hotel, right in the heart of the city. You can easily walk to the best shopping areas and restaurants. Staff was very friendly and helpful in showing us how to navigate the city street cars, bus stops, and anything else we needed. There is complimentary coffee and donuts or croissants in the lobby at breakfast. The room was very comfortable and clean.

This is not a complaint, but rather a notice to those who are not familiar with typical hotel rooms in Japan. There is no wasted space. The rooms are small. This is Japan, and it's just the way things are. Our room had everything we needed, but if you are expecting a large, western-size hotel room, then you will have to try somewhere else. For the location, services, friendly and helpful staff, you will be hard pressed to top this hotel.

The location is very good. It is beside and very near several convenience stores. The rooms are big for Japan standard and you can also individually control the airconditioning unit of the room. There is a free coffee/tea station at the lobby. Plus it is diagonally across the Susukino bus stop of the airport bus. Booking a taxi for airport transfer can easily be done too through the front desk.

Some of the staff are having trouble communicating in English, but nothing a good translator app cant help with.

The hotel was in perfect location - near train station if you need one for a trip outside of Sapporo, near key places/city center that you can just walk the Ramen Alley, Susukino Street and the Sapporo Tower. The free snack/bread in the morning, and all day free coffee was excellent and deeply appreciated. The room was spacious enough for the 2beds, for 2 people. I think this is excellent considering usual smaller hotel rooms even for 2, in Japan.

Nothing much, to be honest. In general, really appreciated and enjoyed our stay. Will come back and book this - hopefully it keeps its affordable pricing.

The reception lady who checked us in didn't tell us the complimentary snack in the afternoon but explained to other guests, WHY NOT US ? Hotel reception hardly could speak basic English, wondered why they use a small device for translation but not learning some basic English. Check in time was strictly observed, no some minutes earlier, this is normal in japan. Flexibility is not normal in Japan.

Location, aesthetic, practical conveniences (toiletries, free pastries in the morning, coin laundry within the building) 😍

There was one male front desk personnel in the morning who declined to help call a restaurant to make reservations. We asked because of the language issues and he declined with a disapproving look and no smile. This was after his very nice lady peer asked him to help us as she was still helping an elderly customer.

The hotel staff were very kind and accommodating. The location was also close to the shopping street with lots of souvenirs to buy and food to try. The cleaning staff were super friendly and restocked my towels and cleared the garbage cans. I came early and check in wasn't available yet, but the staff were kind enough to hold my luggage.

If you don't like being in the center of the city, this hotel may not be for you since it's in a very active area.

Perfect location. Bus to/from airport stops near the hotel, especially it arrives just a block away., Subway station also within 8 mins of walking. Next to Tanukikoji, plenty of shops to visit. Room is small as always, but they have a nice common area where hot coffee and tea were provided 24hours, very good during winter time.

Carpet cleaning in the room could be better.

Very accessible to transportation. Lots of convenience stores nearby and very close to the shopping streets. You will feel everything is clean and new in this hotel. We love everything about this hotel. Will definitely be back!

On our last day, the staff said we did not have breakfast included even if we availed breakfast for our stay. This is confusing on our part since we availed it and they said no breakfast on our last day.
