*Staff are corteous and very accommodating. Customer service is commendable. *Free coffee, hot water, cold water *Free toiletress *The facility is very clean *I avail with breakfast and it was a great decision for me since the breakfast buffet has wide food selections.

*You have to get out of the hotel for 6 hours regardless if you stay overnight or 10 nights. That's really weird for me. I do get they wanted to clean the facilities but 6 hours is beyond the standards. 4 hours like the other hostels sounds reasonable. *Lack of privacy at showers but all are male guests so who cares. All are naked anyways😅 *The free coffee is from 4pm to 10pm only. Much better if they make it available from 5am to 10pm.

Front desk service was very supportive. All needed amenities are provided, including towels, sleepwear, slippers, shampoo, toothbrush and even face scrub. The resting quarters were quiet. A locker is provided next to the capsule. Capsule doors are firm and lights do not pass through the capsule doors (turning on lights at night will not bother anyone). Rooms are clean, feel private and tidied daily, resupplying clean towels and sleepwear, though I made sure not to leave anything inside the capsule before I left for the day. Automatic check-out machine was very traveller-friendly. Common area was spacious and clean. Very convenient vending machine placement.

Aside from being located slightly far from Sapporo station. Do not leave anything outside the locker (and the room unless you are in it), I left my slippers outside and they were gone when I returned so I asked the front desk for a new pair. Although they have translators, I suppose knowing some Japanese helps a lot with front desk service experience. The lockers were not large enough to contain a suitcase but it was perfect for my luggage as a backpacker. There is no private changing spaces outside your capsule for those who are mindful of privacy.

I checked in late and they didnt mind. I could leave my luggage before check in too. Great clean facilities. Capsule was spacious and had nice pillows. The lounge and vending machines are convenient. It has a modern feel. I paid 5,900 yen for one night which is good for the quality but im sure you have to book in advance to get a good price. Checkout was easy on a machine and i overslept 10 minutes but wasnt charged extra. Bathroom facilities were good and provided amenities. Capsule came with tissues

Mattress was not that great and the airflow needs to be better.

This is one of my favorite capsule hotels. The capsules were a good size. It was well climate controlled compared to other capsules I've stayed in. The futon and pillows were comfortable. They can hold your luggage. There's a locker by your capsule. The provided amenities such as toothbrush and hairbrush were pretty high quality. And it's right in the middle of the best of Susukino.

Between 10:00 to 16:00, they kick everyone out of the capsules to do housekeeping. And you can't really access it until it's done. If you forgot something important in your capsule, they'll let you back in but you still must leave until cleaning is done. So be sure to take everything you need.

Very easy and convenient for a couple of nights in Sapporo. The capsules come with lights, plug sockets, and a small TV (although I didn't ever use the latter). Only about a 20 minute walk from the city centre of Sapporo. Good size smoking room.

The location is in the same area as a lot of Sapporo's "girl bars," which is not something that bothers me but would probably be a problem if one were travelling with children. The price was also a fair bit higher than other capsule hotels I have stayed at in Japan, but that could be due to the snow festival taking place at the time.

First time staying in a capsule hotel. Also I'm a 6ft Australian who has a bit of claustrophobic. Having said that I was really impressed with the way this place, and I suppose a lot of the other capsule places are set up. I did wake up in the middle of the night and freaked out, see above, but once I turned the airflow thingy on full and cracked the slide door a fraction I had no problems with the size of the "pod". If you are much taller than 6ft, you may have problems. Otherwise, CLEAN, QUIET, WELL ORDERED and the staff, with their little translator gizmo, were great. Good location, sort of on the edge of the entertainment area.

Great location with lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Less than 10 min walk from the subway station. Nice and clean rooms and rather spacious than my expectation. Fully equipped shower amenities which made things much more convenient.

The breakfast is at another hotel in the next building. It’s not far but needing to go downstairs and upstairs is not the most fun thing to do in morning. All the rooms need to be cleaned between 10 and 4 and guests cannot stay in their room or cancel the cleaning. The common area is also a bit warm if you plan to kill some time there.

Great location in the heart of Sapporo, close to Susukino subway station. The check in procedure was smooth and the staff were friendly. Nice facilities and everything was nice and clean. My bad experience was that my capsule was close to the door so it was loud during the night and the morning. Also my locker got stuck twice, but the staff quickly helped to resolve it.

i was given a little quite corner area for my capsule which is near a doorway .The capsule bed are pretty comfortable . This hotel is located quite near to susukino station and a lot of delicious food are just 10- 50 metres away .. You can find the yokocho street food nearby and also lamb restaurant and a Good ramen restaurant .Transportation is just a good 200 m away from the subway . Free tea or coffee from morning to evening around 10 pm . I often bought back food to the dinner area . nijo market is my first destination .

the bath robe and shaver can only be collected during certain timing .

Nice to have free coffee in the lounge to watch TV and eat my own food. Staff helpful and curtious - always pleased to help. Everything was spotlessly clean. 3 sets of washing machines and dryers - All worked / reasonably prices - coins requied.

Roller shutters to my capsule failed - But it was repaired when I got back later in the day automatically. I didn't have time to report it and it was fixed! So it must of been the cleaning staff that resolved it well done!
