Right on Odori Park next to Sapporo TV Tower. Walking distance to tons of places including about 15 minutes to Susukino (Sapporo's Entertainment District). Typically small rooms for Japan, but stylishly done. Staff was amazing! Amy went way out of her way to help me find a great sushi place for dinner as my preference was fully booked. She spent a ton of time and found a world class place. Very relaxed and stylish bar area (with $15 AUD glasses of good champagne). Easy check-in/out. Just a great experience.

The airporter bus wasn't the easiest as it drops you about 4 blocks away, but you can take a train and transfer to get off at Odori Station which is basically under the hotel.

One of the BEST hotels I’ve stayed at! We went around the Christmas season so we loved it that the Christmas market was right in front of us! There was also underground access to the train station right in front of the hotel so you don’t need to walk in the cold. The lounge area on the 2nd floor was absolutely fancy and I loved the breakfast at the French restaurant on the ground floor. The room is a bit cramped but we knew that when we booked the room, but I love that the shower area is spacious and there was great water pressure. The shower/bath area is separate from the toilet as well.

Great location right next to subway entrance. Lovely view of Sapporo Tower. Room big enough. Rooftop bar and view fun. Staff we did interact with were very nice.

Wish room had wardrobe or hanging rail rather than the flat rail with hooks as habging clothes got in way of entrance. No coffee in the room and no iron either. Washing machine was available but no matter when we went, it was being used, so we never managed to do our laundry during our 3 day stay. No TV. The self service check in on the second floor felt impersonal and having to go there to get water etc was a bit of a pain. Missed having someone to welcome us or say hello when we left or arrived back after a day out as we bypassed reception in lift to room.

Lets talk about the 500 JPY coupon. You can get this coupon when you dont have room cleaning service. We used the coupon for drink at hotel's bar. LOVE IT!!!! The view from this hotel either from the room, the lobby, the rooftop are all STUNNING!! This is a great location if you like jogging at the Odori park Highly recommend.

Perfect location! Right next to the tv tower, and subway. Few minutes walk from the center where there are lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was so beautiful! We arrived from Kyoto where the rooms are tiny, and here they were bigger. You had a record player in the room that really sets the mood! We didn’t have breakfast but it looked very Japanese style. And the rooftop- oh my god!!!! So cosy and lovely. They had fireplaces and sitting decks. You can get marshmallows and roast theme in the fire. Very sweet atmosphere

Overall convenience of location and small things in room like outlet locations. Heated, Japanese toilet is always a plus (although the norm). Great bathroom, shower, and view of the tower! Restaurant, rooftop (bar), and lower bar also exceeded expectations (we purchased breakfast, which was so authentic and fresh). Free amenities to grab as often as needed ie bottled water, bathroom items like cleansers, face masks, tooth paste..

Room felt smaller than advertised (shower was massive, the actual room could have used that space). I don't remember there being a desk, for example. As intl travelers, we had large luggage, which was difficult to move around. There was small storage under the bed, which would have worked for smaller bags.

The concept is ambitious, quite artistic and thoughtful. Location is ideal.

Quite a few quirks spoiling a bit the experience. The employee at the check-in counter couldn't speak English. There is practically no furniture in the room (usual in Japan, but this is pushed quite far - nice to have a vynil turntable and a wooden loudspeaker... but a seat or table or even a shelf would be more useful). Also, the restaurant, lounge and other facilities are pretty empty, which is a bit creepy. And finally, having to park the car in a nearby "elevator parking" is not particularly convenient.

The location is perfect 10 minutes to the busy Susukino and 15 minute walk from the Sapporo Central train station. Located on the same block as the lovely Donguri bake shop and Right across the street from Odori Park, we had an excellent park view on the 4th floor and the location was surprisingly very quiet. Every evening you’re provided with bottled water, toothbrush, toothpaste, really nice facial creams and serums, and even beauty masks!

The location was perfect for our visit to Sapporo- parking nearby, lots of shopping and combini in easy walking distance, and the rooftop was so fun! The front desk attendants were super patient with me, most spoke English, and they helped me to find parking around the corner right before the garage closed. Making a reservation for jengiskhan on the rooftop was easy with their help too, and more than enough food (I would share 1 set menu for two next time). The room had plenty of space to hang clothes and store luggage (we had a twin with the window sofa converted to a child’s bed). Not having a TV didn’t matter to us since we were so close to everything, and the WiFi supported our devices. The bathroom was so nice, too!

The elevators are a little slow, so staying on the 8th floor meant an extra wait since we couldn’t use he stairs.

Wonderful location right by Odori Park (and a small, Christmas market nearby). Lovely, clever concept hotel with unique features. Checkin was easy (with assistance, despite it being a self checkin system) and checkout was easier. Our room (suite) was spacious enough, well designed and very clean, with lovely views of the park. Lots of options to dine around the neighborhood too. It is also very accessible from Sapporo Train Station. A 15 minute walk or 4 minutes by taxi. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone!
