I like that we had our own lockers for baggage, clean fresh bed sheets, towels and other amenities everyday of your stay, kind staff, great water pressure in showers and located less than 5 minute walk from Kokubuncho. I surprisingly slept like a baby in my capsule after getting comfortable despite adjusting to warm temperature of capsule which felt like 75 degrees. There was hair dryers at each seat in locker area or toilet area at the sink station.
I didn't like that it smelled of bbq but it went away once restaurant downstairs closed at midnight. But I got used to it as I love yakiniku. The capsule I was assigned to made so much noise every movement I made and felt bad for other guests but thankfully no one was assigned under me. It was a little inconvenient that we need to check out and check in everyday of your stay but I understand it's for the cleaners to come by to clean and restock.

The capsule was comfy and quite large. They provided a bag of amenities every day (towel, toothbrush, robe), the bathrooms were big and convenient, and the staff was very nice. Would definitely recommend if you're staying in Sendai for a couple of nights. It's also located in one of the main areas and about 15min walk from the main station.
First time using this type of capsule hotel so I didn't know, but the hotel is not accessible from 10am to 2pm, cleaning hours, so you have to leave at 10am everyday if you stay for more nights, though you leave your things in the locker.

It was an interesting concept and I felt like I was in a futuristic city which was nice. I enjoyed the space and I was amazed by the cleanliness. Since I went during off-season there weren’t a lot of people staying so I had a very spacious and comfortable stay. Most of the pods were empty. Therefore I didn’t have to wait to use the shower or any of the facilities. When arriving you are greeted by the staff at the front desk and they will explain everything to you. You will get your locker key and room key with a number on it. The number is for your pod and for your locker. they provide room wear/pajamas so you can use those as well. They also provide slippers and towels and basic amenities. Everything is very organized and I would stay again because the location is pretty nice as well.
The only thing I didn’t like was that since they clean the place from 10 AM to 2 PM even if you’re staying multiple days you have to leave your room during that time. Therefore if you are the type of person who wants to relax in your room during the day you won’t be able to do that. Also there is no space to hang out or talk to people so if that’s your intention that it’s not for you.

Everything was clean, the staff was very friendly and the place was convenient. Has a station nearby but is only a 15 Min walk from the Sendai Station. Good restaurants and bars nearby. So definitely a place I would stay again.
I don't know if it was in the Hotel description but sadly you have to leave the Hotel or the capsule around 10 am to 2 pm so they can clean everything. But at least you can let your belongings inside your locker.

The capsules were very comfortable. There were ample toilets and showers, so we did not have to wait too long to use the facilities. The 24-hour access made the capsule hotel very convenient. The location was close to many forms of public transport and easy to reach on foot.
It was a bit difficult to organize luggage in the small locker space with so many people close together. Some of the staff members weren't as friendly as others. The heat was turned on very high throughout the entire stay, so we woke up like shriveled raisons.

This capsule hotel is really good choice for budget accomodation. It is 15-20 minutes walk from the main train station and 5 minutes walk from one of the main shopping street, with restaurants, combini, shops. The capsule bed itself is clean, modern-stylish, but very basic. It has only one socket and light. The showers are clean and the hotel gives you a bag with towels and pigiama. Unfortunately this capsule hotel do not have bathroom, nor sauna, but, what is missing more, a room for guest to relax, work and eat.
No guest room to work with pc and to eat.

The capsule hotel is very well organised. All questions you have will be explained on an handout, which is also in english. All you need you will get in a bag from the hotel. If you stay more then one night, you can just keep your luggage in the locker. Everything was clean and just take your shoes off as soon as you can then it stays clean.
They seem to put people from the "west" together in one room. So it seems like some don't understand how it works (taking shoes off, be silent when entering the room, etc.). Thats nothing the hotel can change and just depends on the people you are with in one room. So there was nothing negative about the hotel. For the price it was very good!

I liked the simple design of the hotel and that it was exactly as expected. I appreciated that I had access to a personal locker to store my things, and the complimentary bag with slippers, toothbrush and bath towels given each day was an added bonus. I’d also like to thank the staff for their kindness in holding onto an apple battery pack is left on the capsule bed when I headed out in the morning during one of the days I was staying there. They were always very kind and friendly too no matter who was on shift.
This isn’t a knock against the hotel itself, but as it’s a capsule style accommodation I had to deal with other guests extremely loud snoring every night. I wasn’t able to sleep more than 4-5 hours and had to use headphones to help me fall asleep. It’s to be expected, but it made getting some rest more difficult than it needed to be. Also on more than one occasion some guests were freely talking although it was noted during check in to be quiet and considerate of other guests. I do have to say well done to the staff member though, as she came into the accommodation to tell one guest not to use his phone, after which he promptly stopped.

Located in city center, near to subway, JR sendai station, even highway bus stop. The facility (personal pod and sharing facility) is very clean. You get a mesh bag containing tooth brush, bath towel, face towel, pajama, even your own bath mat in your locker. Because everyone is responsible of their own bath mat, the shower room is dry and clean. When I found someone mistakenly used my pod, I told the receptionist, and they immediately gave me a substitute pod.
There is no lounge. Since you should refrain from eating and drinking inside the room, the lack of shared lounge is a little bit inconvenient. Well, they provide a bench in front of the reception, but i think it's awkward to sit there.

You get what you pay for. A very straight forward Capsule hotel in a good location. There are clean and streamlined capsules, lockers, toilets, sinks and showers. Overall a pleasant stay if you do not expect anything more than a place to get ready to sleep or sleep.
The showers had a little bit of mold in them, nothing major. Between 10 and 14 o clock you have to leave the hotel. But there is no place to stay or even stand anyway, so that's not really a problem.
