Hole ways could have been cleaner. Can restaurant serve breakfast with more variations? Could it also serve other meals.

The location of the hotel was convenient. It was a tiny room but expected for Japan. Good amenities were provided. Comfortable bed. To save the environment, they provide clean towels daily but service room after every 3 nights which is good as you don't have to pack away everything everyday given the size of room and available space. If you want you can request service.
My room was smaller than another I booked for family member, just as well I wasn't sharing. The sheets were thread bare. The room doesn't have airflo and the temperature was managed centrally although there was an air con panel, which you could not adjust temp. I was overheating and to turn on air con for airflo, pumped heat into the room.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location between the government district and the Akasaka district for great restaurants. Make sure you visit the shrine next door. It is beautiful, uncrowded, and ended up being one of our favorites. The rooms are smaller than our other hotels on the trip, but had everything you needed. The onsen baths were very nice. The breakfast buffet is outstanding. The staff speak very good English and are very helpful. We liked it so much that we rebooked for the end of our trip in Japan.
The room we were initially given had apparently had some water leaks and mold. But they quickly moved us to a different room that had no issues. So if you have a problem, just ask and they will quickly accomodate you.

I liked that it was close to the subway and walkable to some restaurants. Staff was patient and nice. Bed was very comfortable
-The first room I had a bad odor and the staff was able to accommodate when I asked my room to be switched. -I didn’t really get a run down on the facilities (ie. Onsen times and breakfast etc), WiFi, etc so it would’ve been nice to have a little intro on that. I eventually realized all the info was on the TV screen -this may be a personal preference but I disliked the decor. It was a lot of mirrors, black and white, it was just dizzying and felt claustrophobic -rooms were very small but at least had storage for luggage below the bed.

It was stated to be a 3 star hotel but it had 5 star facilities and services. The room was cosy and the bed was comfortable as well. It had a decent shower and bathroom. The toilet was a bit small for me and I felt the toilet in lobby area was bigger. The breakfast was fantastic! The location to the station was excellent too. Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English as well, which I really appreciate, as I'm trying to learn Japanese
It would be good if the breakfast hours could be extended to 10am or even 1030am. I am not a morning person at all and when I'm on holiday I prefer to sleep in. One thicker and firmer pillow would be good for the bedroom or for it to be an option. Not sure if I could have just asked for one

The hotel was beautiful and had all the amenities that I wanted, less than a 3 minute walk to the local metro station with 4 main lines to get you all over Tokyo. The only downside to this hotel was the room size, I know it is typical for Tokyo to have small rooms but this was very small, the under bed storage for the cases was useful but there was no where to put anything else so had to live out of our suitcases but it wasn't too bad as we were out exploring Japan everyday so only really used the room to sleep. I didn't use the on site onsen as i have tattoos but there was a yakuta provided by the hotel in the room to use and many guests used it everyday.
Room size could have been better.

The price was good for Tokyo (and we didn’t book our accommodation that much time in advance). It was really close to a metro station that was more or less in the center of the city, so you could easily travel to all parts of the city.
The room was extremely small, we couldn’t open the two suitcases we had at the same time. Given that we were finishing our trip, that was quite inconvenient at times (having to open one, then close it, then open the second one, forgot to grab something from the first one…). Also our window led to another building (or a patio) that was only some meters away so everything felt quite claustrophobic. We also got a bag with new towels every day and we found that unnecessary.

The location was quiet and a nice setting for people that might want to stay away from the crowded areas of Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I was able to communicate what I needed as an English speaker. The room was small, as you'd expect with a business hotel, but it had storage underneath the bed that was useful. The TV system they use was helpful, informative, and easy to use to watch youtube and other video services. The hot spring room was a nice plus and well maintained. They had a decent amount of information available to help foreign travelers that may not know all of the ins and outs of onsen/hot spring etiquette.
While there were instructions, having more detailed instructions and details available in the room for the onsen could have helped alleviate some fear that I had personally had about using the facilities the first time. More laundry machines would help because there usually seemed to be a long queue for using them and it required me to go at an off time to ensure I could get the laundry done.
