Easy to see from the sidewalk, elevator right by the entryway, not too far from Akihabara Station. Ground floor has a minimart selection of snacks as well as a microwave. Private bathroom with bathtub. Room light switches/dials on the headboard. Mini fridge under the desk. It was nice but I felt awkward when I realized that room service would fix my bed each day 😅

The TV automatically turns on about 3 minutes after using the key card to activate the electricity. The TV could be quiet loud with some ads much louder than others. The room was quite warm in February, I couldn't turn the heat down any lower and had to crack open the window to cool off at night (I like to sleep around 58°F) It wasn't a big issue for my stay, but the power to some electric sockets did shut off when the key card was removed. So something to be aware of.

- Room had a shoehorn and space under the bed to put luggage in. It also had a universal power outlet that is earthed, so I could plug my laptop and have be it charged efficiently. - Reasonable price to replace lost room cards. Staff were always happy to help and would send advance notices of elevator maintenance hours so I could have time to plan outings around it. - Drinks and snacks could be bought from level one, indoors, so I didn't have to go out to the convenience store late at night or when it was raining.

Room cleaning being mandatory to be scheduled every third day was sometimes inconvenient. Some of those 3rd days I wanted to rest in my room without disturbances. There were other days (every 2nd or 4th day) that I would rather request the room to be cleaned, instead of every strict 3rd, because I would be away. But maybe that was something I could've communicated with the staff at the start of my stay.

Can't go wrong with APA hotels for a quick place to rest. Services and shopping offers are improving with time. Sufficent amenities(toothbrush, combs, razor), clean beds and toilet. Single room is ideal for single person, unless you are small sized, e.g Asian size, squeezing 2 people in a room is highly not recommended but otherwise single person has enough space. Great selection of in-room services and entertainment such as free VOD and massage services. Close to Akihabara and some convenient stores.

Not ideal cleanliness, occasionally the cleaners may leave behind a rubbish or 2. Some rooms with bits of dust and hair missed from cleaning, suggest to not leave clean items on the carpet floor. Wear the room slippers if you feel uncomfortable.

Comfy and had most basis amenities, own shower and bathtub, albeit small, almost daily replenishment of everyday items and changing of towels. Other features like bedside USB charge ports, a universal plug point on the dressing table, hair dryer, kettle, drinkable tap water, nice big tv, bed room slippers, large luggage space under the bed. Mini snack shelf, an ice machine and microwave on the lobby floor for some basic convenience. My room had a decent view to the Tokyo Skytree, that's a plus. Super near to Akiba, along the way there was even a Tamiya and Super Gun shop. Ideal location if your goal is to geek out in Akiba.

Bed was just barely big enough for 2 people and if you of size then unlikely to fit. While tap water was drinkable but I personally couldn't handle the taste and upset my stomach so best to boil or buy at a store.

Good location - equidistant from both Akiharaba and Suehirocho stations, providing access to more lines. All amenities in the room, so no need to visit the reception area. Lobby had a small convenience store if needed, but there were also local konbinis a short walk away. The room was also quite spacious - easy to store suitcases under the bed, good desk and chair.

The hotel doesn't have laundry or breakfast facilities. I've never enjoyed APA's pillows, but I knew that when I booked.

Great location, great room equipment, has everything you would need. With the universal power socket there's not even a need to use power adapters. Has a fridge, hair dryer, even toothbrush, toothpaste and a shaver is provided. A new supply of towels and necessities is brought every morning. The room was very clean, too, and was regularly cleaned. The TV even displayed the WiFi information and cleaning dates.

The pillows were a bit harder than what I'm used to in Europe, but still okay. The nearby coin laundry is more convenient to use for regular clothes than the hotel's laundry service since it's faster, cheaper and accepts underwear.

The check-in/out process was really easy, which was useful as I checked out very early at 6am to make my way to the airport. The bed was really comfortable and the window meant the room felt more spacious than it was! The price-point was appropriate and it does what it says on the tin - provides an affordable, comfortable place to stay with a hot shower in Tokyo, it works for both business travel as well as solo/couples who are going to be spending most of the day out.

The property was clean for the most part, but I think perhaps some of the surfaces were a little old and stained in the bathroom. It wasn't particularly disturbing or unsightly though!

It is a comfortable space for one person or two people, and the TV provides ample information and various videos. The location is good, about 5 minutes from the station. There are lawson and 7-eleven nearby. Sound insulation is very good. The room is usually cleaned once every three days. If necessary, you can inform us that it needs to be cleaned every day. Plenty of sockets provided around the bed.

There is only one elevator and it takes a long time to go up and down the stairs in the morning. When checking in, the lobby was filled with luggage from other passengers, which was a bit unpleasant.

Great location with friendly staff, scheduled cleanings, easy to follow information, clean. I was planning to be aout and about for most of my trip and was just looking form a place to sleep, and this was much more than that.

The only minor thing was no dressers/space to unpack. While there was ample under the bed space to store luggage and a desk for some unpacking, it's hard to find a place to unpack clothes that is out of the way, and living out of the suitcase for 8 days isn't ideal. By no means a deal breaker, and the description of the room is accurate so this was not a surprise or the hotel being misleading, just something to consider that I did not when booking the room.

Clean and reasonably priced hotel in a very central location with lots of nearby food places - within walking distance of interesting shopping areas in Akihabara. Room was small but comfortable, convenience store on lobby floor is handy.

Checking in was a little complicated - they have a digital/computer system way of doing it and it took like four tries to work properly and seemed way more complicated than just handing them your passport. This isn't their fault obviously but noting for other foreign travellers - there are a couple of sister hotels nearby with Very Similar names! Be careful when selecting your destination in google maps (I walked in the wrong direction for 10 minutes whoops)
